I found this place very nice I've never been here before but I found it very entertaining I looked at their menu and it's by far the interesting. I like how they attended the service quick efficient and they gave me a time to wait so I was fine with that I ordered a shrimp cheesesteak first time I've ever heard of it they asked me what I want in it I told him to give me everything but to be not spicy and they delivered I will not lie first impressions delicious they throw in a bit carrots and celery to help balance out my sandwich.
Honestly I would come back and try another sandwich.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment, which was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service encounter I have ever had.
I placed an order that was prepared for my son to pick up. Upon arriving, he attempted to pay using a card, and while the staff claimed the payment was declined, we were able to physically see the transaction processed and withdrawn from my bank account in real time. I even showed the staff member image proof of the successful transaction.
Despite this, the employee refused to release the food, effectively holding both the meal and my money. To make matters worse, I was told the only solution was to wait several days for a refund, and that the food would be thrown away instead of being handed to my son.
This experience was not only inconvenient and stressful but also completely disrespectful and negligent. Refusing to honor a visible, completed payment and discarding perfectly good food rather than giving it to the rightful, paying customer is completely unacceptable
I was so sad. The pizza was terrible. It had a weird taste. I had Pizza at the Pikesville location and it was better in the past. Very disappointed😕
