Employees were so kind here, but I ordered a chive bagel, with cream cheese and tomato. Drove away and only realized 10 min later that I got a plain bagel with nothing on it.. 🤦‍♀️ so be sure to check your order

The staff is always incredibly friendly, the donuts are the freshest and best tasting AND are way more affordable than Dunkin. Their cake section has an amazing selection. I can walk in on any random day, find a perfect cake for a special event, and even have it personalized with a written message immediately!

I saw a chocolate cake on the website and went in to get it after work, ten minutes before closing. Hannah saw me coming in the door on crutches and met me at the refrigerated cake area. Hannah helped me quickly figure out which cake to buy; took it to the register for me, and carried it to my car. All this was done in a way that came across as human kindness to someone nutty enough to buy a cake for a friend that they couldn’t carry. Cake was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The donuts are great and reasonably priced. I would steer clear of baked goods in the refrigerated/freezer section. I've tried 3 different cakes...chocolate smith island, red velvet, and carrot cake. They were all equally bad for different reasons. The smith island cake tasted like some type of alcohol extract instead of chocolate. The red velvet was disgustingly sweet and the artificial red coloring was the color of a stop sign. Gross. The carrot cake was mostly nuts, and was wet inside like it was frozen and unthawed soggy. Also, the labeling showing 30+ ingredients is crazy for a bakery where one would expect close to homemade. I ended up giving the cakes away or trashing them.

This is the best little bakery! Bread pudding is the best I’ve ever had, husband loves their breakfast sandwiches! Especially on a croissant. The atmosphere is so comfortable and kid friendly! Staff are nice- we really love this place. They often have lots of samples too!

Me and two of my children came here to see Donut heaven! My children were so excited at all the variety. Then they had the breakfast sandwich and they were blown away… nothing but laughs and smiles! We will definitely be back 😆great customer service was a plus!!! Thank you for putting a smile on my babies faces.

This was such a sweet little cafeteria style breakfast and bakery spot, the croissant was amazing, prices were really good. Also frozen baked goods, from cakes to deep dish cookie cakes, bread pudding, and pies available to take home. I would totally get birthday cakes and holiday desserts there. They also do wedding cakes and special event cakes that looked *amazing*. This place is such a hidden gem!

Top tier donuts and service!

Bakery Express is a great little spot! Everything was priced really well, which was a pleasant surprise. The donuts were fresh and tasty, and my wife absolutely loved her breakfast sandwich. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

This is a great place. It's not often you can be this close to a bakery of this size. You are literally a few steps from a massive bakery operation. The cakes are out of this world. They are not cheap, but they're some of the best I've ever had. The carrot cake is unbelievable.

I went to this place referred to me by G&M Seafood that my family and I had “Father’s Day” lunch, I wanted apple pie was sold out yesterday. When I to this location and asked where are the “apple pies” I was told they are frozen in the fridge. I already knew that was a negative, then when I got the pie reading the ingredients it had about 100+ different ingredients in the pie, I’m glad I don’t live in the area because when I got home and had a slice with some vanilla ice cream …the apple pie was terrible!

Thank you to Bakery Express for creating a beautiful and tasty graduation cake for my son. I was so pleased with how close the cake looked to the picture I sent them.
