The crabs are so yummy! 🦀 The crab cakes were fresh, flavorful, and full of real lump crab meat. On top of that, the customer service was excellent friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
We decided to buy crabs and take them with us to go to Vermont to visit friends. I checked around and found that Craven Crabs looked like a good find. I drove to the location and was waited on by a very friendly person who took me through what I needed to do. I bought three dozen large crabs and she said they would be steamed and cooled for me to pick up. I bought some dry ice and picked up the crabs.

It's smart for them to give out free items for 5 star reviews - but I’m going to be honest with yall. The free food wasn’t that good:/ I didn’t eat much there, but it seemed just ok and kind of under-seasoned.
I also think the customer service could be better, as they only seemed to want to get people in and out. When I went, they told me 5 minutes, and 30min later they were saying they were almost done - I almost had to leave since I had somewhere to go after...
