The rice and peas is bland, along with the rest of my curry chicken bowl - chicken and potatoes included. The plantains seemed baked/over cooked and taste like they'd been sitting under a heating lamp. The oxtail bowl wasn't hot, same bland rice & peas. The best thing was the curry shrimp patty and ginger beer. Overall, it was a waste of money
So welcoming, I mean sooon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and “how are you doing” the portions were so nice, the flavor? I smelled it through the bag. Thank you Sanaa & Tracy for outstanding service!
We were in the area and needed a quick bite. Soooo glad we ended up coming in here. The smell was divine from the second you walked in- i just knew we were about to have a GOOD meal… and we did! I got the brown sugar chicken and loved it! Totally plan to come out of my way to eat here again and bring some back for my family. The staff was so kind and fun. It’s actually pretty uncommon these days to have friendly (like actually happy to be around other humans, friendly) service....
