Not sure what it is about these folks! They are extremely rude and not friendly not even polite when taking or giving your order. I mean if looks could kill I would be dead when I stopped at this Dunkin’ today and the little rude Indian(I think) young lady was mad as if I told her she had to work today! Girl bye! But this seems to be the atmosphere for the last two Dunkin’s I been too this year! I will no longer support or spend my coins at a Dunkin’s anywhere, sorry! I think it’s disturbing anyway to throw away food at the end of the day instead of donating or giving it away! Tells me a lot about this place! Will take the extra drive to Panera! Good riddens!

It was absolutely horrible ? I spent $6.00 for a medium iced carmel coffee. They charge you for light ice. They charge you for extra carmel. They charge you for oatmilk, which is fine if they actually put it in the cup.I went through the drive thru, tasted the coffee, immediately came back & asked for a refund. The 2 women that were working said oh I'm sorry, we can't give you your money back."" I have to call a manager. She called the manager and she said the same thing. I returned the coffee, so why do you think you're allowed to keep my money?????? The coffee tasted burnt also when the girl talks spits flying everywhere.No thank you

Went this morning to get donuts as I normally do every week. When I went to bite my donut it stunk. I turned on my light and looked at it and there was literally mouse poop on my donut. Now throwing up.

Used to love this Dunkins and now it's a hit or miss if I get what I actually ordered.. no point in asking for cream sugar or shots in your coffee they only actually put it in your coffee half the time.. I know I'm being a Karen and idc I want what I order and that's it ✌?

Not at all satisfied with this location asked for a toasted bagel was given an untoasted bagel. Still cold with cream cheese on it I took it back gave me another bagel the same way my coffee I asked for hazelnut cream they tell me they don’t have hazelnut cream there they tell me this after I’ve already paid for my coffee and they handed me a black coffee. I don’t drink black coffee. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and I get hazelnut with splendor but this location is the worst. I will not return to this location 5648 Southwestern Blvd 21227
