Not sure why this Dunkin charges extra for pumpkin flavor while the other Dunkin’s do not. They also charge outrageous prices for less ice which I only do less ice due to not drinking my coffee right away. They also never have the bakery products I want and will have to drive to a different Dunkin like most recent was the spider doughnuts and now the pumpkin muffins. This Dunkin sucks so now I drive out of my way to a different one unless I absolutely have to go here… **Edited to add** the coffee doesn’t even taste good and never has any type of flavor. My coffee is horrible me today.

This is my go-to on the way to work. They are quick, they are friendly and they never ever get my order wrong. Yes the line is ridiculous at times cause of the location. However, you can always pull up on the street and do the walk-up window.

I've lost hope tbh. Either somethings gonna be burnt, soggy, unflavored etc can never get a good solid meal. But when your in a rush to go to work you can't just turn around. It's always something.

It's a drive through, and the food is exactly what you would expect for that. Nonetheless, I would say this particular drive through is a shade above the usual. The staff is truly terrific. They work harder than anyone I have ever encountered. Sometimes they get an order wrong. It happens. They are always gracious about correcting it. Food service is a thankless industry, and customers can be horrible. I have seen customers treat staff at this location poorly. They have always been polite and professional, even when I was on the verge of punching my fellow consumer for being an absolute disgrace of a human. The facility is unfailingly clean. Despite it being a very busy location, they manage to move the line quickly, even during peak hours. Parking is scarce, but it's not really meant to be a walk in location. Sometimes the traffic flow is a bit congested, but that is a function of the streetbeing very busy and customers driving in a very foolish manner.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I asked for a MEDIUM DRINK, I was charged $5.08 for a medium! I asked what the up charge was and I was told “because you asked for little ice”. I have NEVER heard anything more barbaric in my life! I was not informed of this stupid up charge in advance, I was told because I asked after reviewing the receipt. There are plenty of Dunkin’s in the area, this one will NOT be one that people should patronize EVER.
