First time here. Stopped in for lunch. Busy but not too crowded. Was greeted by the bartender the instant we walked in the door.Pretty good beer selection. Nice variety. Prompt and friendly service. We got the Bavarian twisted pretzel w beer cheese and mustard and a couple of sushi rolls. Both we great. We will definitely be back.

The food here has no business being as good as it is. Absolutely everything on the menu is great, and they not only have sushi but it's GREAT. Consistently a fantastic place to eat or get a drink after work if you're into that. Staff is always friendly and there's live music on weekends. An absolute gem of a bar and grill, right off the beltway!Parking: If the lot in front fills up there's an overflow lot right across the road

This place is a dump and not a safe space for anyone clearly if management/owners respond in this manner.We were seated at a table with a dead roach on it. Like other reviews have stated, the wait staff is difficult to flag down even for a glass of water. The fried food we got tasted like the grease trap wasn't cleaned regularly and both of us immediately had bathroom emergencies. After paying for our food, we tried to turn a not the greatest experience with a few rounds of pool and were continually hit on and followed around by a drunk patron who was being incredibly creepy with unwanted advances for the rest of the night until we decided to leave early from the terrible experience here. I genuinely wish we got to have a fun time like some of the other reviews here but I will never be going back. I'm embarrassed that I tipped my waitress after everything that happened

Aye man. When I say this place don’t miss. THEY DON’T MISS. They have HIMOTHY the G.O.A.T. back in the kitchen cookin up possibly the best food in the state. Their Sushi is top notch, their crab dip is fire, and so is the rest of the menu. Their waitress, waiters and staff are always prompt and honestly just a vibe. Highly recommend this place.

Food quality has gone down in my last visit, definitely not comparable to the price. Staff are always kind and attentive. Sushi is good but not reflective of its price. Cream of crab soup did not taste very fresh.

First time tonight at the Fish Head Cantina & Rockin' Sushi Bar... definitely looking forward to returning! I'll note that neither myself nor my boyfriend drink alcohol so I can't comment on the alcohol beverages at this establishment, but the bar stayed busy all evening.We arrived early around 5:30 pm and there was one parking spot available near the restaurant/bar, however there's signage indicating additional parking is right across the side street.The bar itself is surprisingly spacious and we were greeted immediately by a friendly male bartender. On that note, we noticed that every staff member was very nice and seemed genuinely happy, which is a good sign in regards to management. Additionally, the restrooms were clean.We played three games of pool and although our skills were lacking, we sincerely enjoyed playing. The pool area is spacious however I'm sure as the bar fills up later in the evening it could become cramped. Pool was super cheap - $1 per game and used quarters. Cheap, fun date idea!After pool we sat down for dinner on the other side of the venue. Our server, Kelly, was very sweet and polite. She made sure my quesadilla didn't include chicken (vegetarian here) and brought us dipping sauces and refills as needed. She was definitely busy, as were all the staff we saw, and didn't let that change how she treated us. We felt like we could enjoy our meal and not be hurried away.The food was good! There's a small sushi station and the menu has plenty of choices for sushi and other dishes. We had two vegetarian rolls, cheese quesadilla, Ceasar salad and an old bay Chesapeake burger. I wouldn't say the food blew us away but for a very busy Friday evening at a bar/restaurant it was tasty.Overall, we had an awesome date night at Fish Head and look forward to dining there and improving our pool skills again!Vegetarian options: There weren't a lot of choices on the regular menu however the sushi menu includes a vegetarian section.
