If I could give no stars I would! All the servers had attitudes and yelling across the room to talk with each other. The lady at the front seating ppl was so rude and mad at everyone. Food was cold. I’ll never come here again! Server didn’t even check on us not one time! We had to hunt someone down for ketchup.

Waited about 10 minutes for our waitress to ask what drinks we wanted, waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. Girlfriend got a coffee so I asked our waitress for a metal spoon that was never brought out to us. We were given plastic cutlery and our waitress had an attitude like everything we asked for was an inconvenience for her.

Many of the tables were dirty, the music was ok (unfortunately there were some rude people playing their videos/tik tok loud, very rude, lack of manners), and the food was pricey for an egg, 2 slices of bacon, coffee, 2 slices of bread, and potatoes.

My rating based off all ihops not just this location due to the fact they removed Turkey sausage from the menu. As someone who doesn’t eat pork or beef I’m highly disappointed. I no longer will eat breakfast from ihop. This locations service was great. However the menu change has highly disappointed me.
My sister and I stopped at this particular IHOP because we were in the area and wanted to sit down and eat for breakfast. The service was ok, but the waitress just couldn't get right. I was patient with her, and we ordered 2 hot chocolate with no whipped cream. She brought it out with whipped cream anyway. I didn't say anything. Then I wanted a refill and to order another drink it took her way too long to come back to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything then by the time she did come back our food came out she didn't leave us any napkins. Then, I had to keep asking for hot syrup. Other than that, it's an ok place to eat.

I’m in from out of town and staying at a hotel near the airport without transportation. So, I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. The food came from the restaurant to the hotel pretty quickly but the food was ice cold when I got it, leading me to believe it was cold when it was picked up. I could have microwaved it, not a big deal BUT I ordered a short stack and sausage and a hot chocolate. They didn’t send any butter or syrup that was supposed to be with the pancakes. How do you send out pancakes without syrup?? The hot chocolate has no flavor, it was warm murky water. So I ate cold, dry pancakes and cold sausage. Very disappointed.
