I drive all the way to Washington Blvd's IHOP...Best food, best atmosphere, best service and best management staff. The waiters are very personable...like family!

Ordered through ez cater for a company event; service for 22 ppl. Food was hot and ready upon pickup. Pancakes were delicious. Breakfast burritos were the crowd favorite - they were huge - I cut them into thirds for shareability; requested 1/2 be prepared with sausage and the other 1/2 with bacon (all meat eaters at this event, though they would have been tasty without). We ordered the 20 person breakfast which included pancakes, eggs, choice of meat and toasted potatos. Added on fruit, add'l meat tray and the burritos. I didn't get the name of the person who helped with our pickup (and presumably made sure everything was ready), but wish I did. Thank you to the cooks and staff who made it easy on 6/26/25 for our retirement party catering order.
Brianna was our server on Saturday 6/28 and from the moment she came to the table we knew it was going to be a great experience. Her timing was perfect. She didn’t hover and was very personable and sweet. She was so patient with my child and the elderly table behind us. We are going to be back to see her for sure

So today June 24,2025 is my Birthday. To my surprise my best friend called and said she was taking me out for breakfast. We arrived at the I hop on Washington Blvd . Upon arrival the restaurant wasn’t full at all. We asked if we could change seating because I wanted a window seat. We were told that the other section was closed. We then order our drinks and meal. The drink I ordered was supposed to have strawberries and pineapples on top of it (it didn’t) . When I asked was it the correct drink, I was told yes it just didn’t have the fruit. Not that they were out of fruit , just that it didn’t have it. I assume that meant it was out . Fast forward our food arrived, at this time we had food but no utensils. So yet something else we had to ask for. Food was delicious. Arrived in a good amount of time and hot. As we sitting enjoying our meal, another family arrives and sits right next to our table. I noticed once their drinks came out they ordered the same on as I did. “Guess what” Yup theirs had the fruit. When I questioned this, I was told their drinks was made from the front of the kitchen and mine was made from the back. So you mean to tell me you couldn’t go to the front of the kitchen to get my fruit for my drink? This instantly Irritated me. How do you determine who gets their food from the front of the kitchen and who gets their food from the back. This was supposed to be a special time for me and my best friend on my birthday and the Customer Service I received here was unprofessional and unpleasant. I’m not sure if the server Kaitlyn had a bad morning or what was going on. However she was not on her a game and it showed.

Mom and I had 1 hour between her dental appointment and her tooth extractions at the business next-door. I decided the one hour would be better Spent getting something to eat for both of us. The restaurant was Pretty empty with only about five tables having customers. After 45 minutes, we still did not have our food. As we were nearing the door to leave, our food, came out as a to go order. We had already stated twice that we were in a hurry. Got the food, headed back to the dentist office, and realized that my order was not complete. I had to walk back and wait for them to cook my shrimp. I would’ve been OK without getting the food at all as we knew my mother would not be able to eat hers for at least a day. That was the point of going to eat before the extractions. I requested that they discount the bill for my terrible inconvenience, and they took an entire three dollars off. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I just have to give a shout out to Brianna! She was just a lovely person. Me and my partner came today for breakfast and from the beginning , Brianna had a smile on her face and just was pleased to serve us. And we share the same name ☺️.
