I'm changing my review due to the fact that this business doesn't have much to do with how shady Mr Beast is. Most people buying his stuff are kids. They don't want to buy a Mr beast burger from a mom and pop shop with normal packaging. These kids are expecting the cool Mr beast packaging that is on the website AT LEAST. These kids are expecting a small dose of the Mr beast experience when they come to the restaurants but it's just regular restaurants with over priced burgers with normal brown bag packaging. I feel like Mr beast set alot of these businesses up for a money grab from them. Which is sad because Mr beast is beyond rich.......enough to help these shops with at least some mr beast branded packaging for the food..but I digress. My son liked the burger but was underwhelmed by the packaging and experience.

Placed an order on the website, arrived at the location 20 min later, guy behind the window verified my order, handed out bags to 3 others that walked up. Then came to me and said that they have no more buns. Told him he may as well hang it up and close up shop.......a burger joint that runs out of buns. Then, to make things even better, told me "I had to go through the people I ordered it from to get my refund". What a joke. If you can't hire anyone more competent than this........I'll likely never frequent this place again on account of shitty customer service like that.

Customer service was awesome. Ran out of something we wanted but they threw in extra fries and drinks as a way to make up for it. Fries are amazing and seasoned very well. Will definitely come back soon.
