Look i understand the cost of food has gone up but come on. Literally 5 small pieces of beef in my beef and broccoli. Portions are getting smaller and smaller. I would rather the price go up a little bit and get the portions we use to get. Employees weren't friendly but not exactly mean. Manager on duty seemed irritated with the other employees.

I called in specifically requested certain sauces in my bag. Not only did they not put them in there, but they didn’t put any sauce in there at all. Hate it.

They don't open on time and aren't prepared when they do open. Horrible customer service and tack of respect for their customers time

I'M NOT RACIST BY A LONG SHOT. I LOVE EVERYBODY I TREAT YOU ACCORDING TO THE WAY YOU TREAT ME NO MATTER WHAT COLOR YOU ARE. BUT I SEE THAT SOME PEOPLE AREN'T LIKE THAT. THIS GUY IS A MANAGER AT PANDA EXPRESS ON WASHINGTON BOULEVARD IN THE SHOPPING CENTER. WHEN HE WAS PREPARING MY FOOD, FIRST OFF I WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AFTER THE FOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OTHER COLORS THAT WERE IN FRONT OF ME AND HE IGNORED ME AND SO I HAD TO ASK HIM ARE YOU GOING TO WAIT ON ME. SECOND WHEN HE PREPARED MY PLATE HE GAVE THE OTHER FOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OTHER COLORS OR OTHER NATIONALITIES A NICE PORTION BUT WHEN IT CAME TO ME IT DIDN'T EVEN HARDLY COVER THE BOTTOM. I ASKED HIM IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK THAT YOU GAVE THEM MORE COULD YOU EXPLAIN HE DIDN'T SAY NOTHING HE JUST LOOKED AT ME. THE OTHER LADY THAT WAS WORKING THERE FIX MY PLATE AND COVERED THE WHOLE BOTTOM LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND IT WAS NICE SHE LOOKED OUT AND MADE IT RIGHT. SO I WANT TO MAKE HIM FAMOUS I'M GOING TO KEEP POSTING IT OR ALL MY PLATFORMS UNTIL PANDA EXPRESS SAY SOMETHING. Thanks to the late night staff tonight, we came in at 9:30pm and the food wasn’t fresh so the manager Kerby actually had his staff make fresh food without any issues. We appreciate them for that.

Food is always the same, can't go wrong with it. But this location has terrible service. I come here an hour before close and every bowl is empty and no matter what I order I have to wait because it's not cooked yet. The cooks are very rude.

First of all, it tasted terrible and looked not fresh as the vegetables were the wrong color. Also, the chow mein was extremely dry and tasted like school lunch. The portion was also way less than expected and the food gave my family uncomfortable stomaches for the following few days. We will never order from 3611 Washington Blvd # 100, Halethorpe, MD 21227 again.

Staff is always respectful no matter how long the line is or how many customers they have to serve. Plus the store is always super clean. Only problem is you have to wait on white rice sometimes.
