Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a WELL DONE pizza with LIGHT sauce and boneless wings. The pizza was NOT well done and seemed to have extra sauce and the boneless wings were not thoroughly cooked. I called and complained about my order, I was nice and polite on the phone but the lady told me “NO other customers ever complains about our wings sooo….” I said well “idk about other customers, I only know about my order which was not made right ”…….it’s rude to say that to a PAYING customer who just wants their food prepared properly! And furthermore, I see complaining customers in your reviews. So anyways, here’s your formal complaint since you claim you NEVER get any.

This is the worst Papa John’s that I have ever been too the food is horrible.. the location it self is DIRTY AND NASTY my food was so disgusting it wasn’t even DONE… THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PAPA JOHNS COMPLETELY DOWN!!!

I will never order from this location again because I’ve had food poisoning for 2 days. 4 hours after I ate (a wing and 2 pieces of veggie pizza,) I was sick. I worked for Papa John’s, and our kitchen was spotless. I don’t know what is going on in your kitchen, but you need to make sure you’re cleaning your walk in, sanitizing counters and washing hands.Good points-Fast delivery. Nice delivery driver who called to tell us he had arrived.

Just ordered pizza and wings from this location. It was awful it was poorly made. The wings were basically mush. The pizza looked like it was made by a 7 yr old. 40$ of food wasted. My children wouldn't even eat it.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Put it's a little tight and hard to maneuver around their parking lot.

I’ve literally been stuck on hold checking on an order we placed 35 minutes ago for…16 minutes and counting. And that’s after making the call 4x — HORRIBLE customer service!!

A bad experience they steal from people
Give up an order that I made by mistake within 2 seconds of realizing it and they didn't want to give me my refund because they were already preparing the food, it's a vile lie.
I understand that they must charge a cancellation fee. But they took all the money

Terrible experience all around at this papa johns I was actually shocked at how bad it was and how poorly I was treated. Ordered $50 worth of food 10/27 and they had door dash deliver HALF of it, and blamed me because I ordered through door dash.. no dbag, I ordered through papajohns website!! I wanted a refund but the "manager" who sounded like he was in highschool and was never taught how to talk to the general public said if he refunded me he would not send the rest of my food and well, the second half of my family still needed dinner so I opted to have the rest of my food that I paid for. Now 2 hours after the fact the second half of food finally arrived and they didn't even have the human decency to remake it!!!! Cold and hard and nasty it was. I had to reheat in my own oven which took even longer for my whole family to have dinner. Be warned, do not order from here! If you must order from here, go pick it up do not deliver because apparently they don't actually deliver they sub it out to door dash and they only get pieces of an order. The ONLY positive was the first delivery guy was so sweet and tried to help me but he couldn't do anything because he's a door dash employee NOT papa johns.
