I will never order from this location again because I’ve had food poisoning for 2 days. 4 hours after I ate (a wing and 2 pieces of veggie pizza,) I was sick. I worked for Papa John’s, and our kitchen was spotless. I don’t know what is going on in your kitchen, but you need to make sure you’re cleaning your walk in, sanitizing counters and washing hands.Good points-Fast delivery. Nice delivery driver who called to tell us he had arrived.

Just ordered pizza and wings from this location. It was awful it was poorly made. The wings were basically mush. The pizza looked like it was made by a 7 yr old. 40$ of food wasted. My children wouldn't even eat it.

Terrible experience all around at this papa johns I was actually shocked at how bad it was and how poorly I was treated. Ordered $50 worth of food 10/27 and they had door dash deliver HALF of it, and blamed me because I ordered through door dash.. no dbag, I ordered through papajohns website!! I wanted a refund but the "manager" who sounded like he was in highschool and was never taught how to talk to the general public said if he refunded me he would not send the rest of my food and well, the second half of my family still needed dinner so I opted to have the rest of my food that I paid for. Now 2 hours after the fact the second half of food finally arrived and they didn't even have the human decency to remake it!!!! Cold and hard and nasty it was. I had to reheat in my own oven which took even longer for my whole family to have dinner. Be warned, do not order from here! If you must order from here, go pick it up do not deliver because apparently they don't actually deliver they sub it out to door dash and they only get pieces of an order. The ONLY positive was the first delivery guy was so sweet and tried to help me but he couldn't do anything because he's a door dash employee NOT papa johns.

I went to order an item at Papa John's. The woman that waited on me was as nasty as she could ever be The man that fixed my order tossed around in the box. He was also nasty. They have a sign posted that says family owned and operated well. They had the same nasty stinking attitude. I will never go back to that location again and I suggested anybody else. Go to another location because they do have some good. Locations like Richard highway in Brooklyn, they're the best.

Had a walkin order, staff was very nice and even brought my order out to my car. Unfortunately, part of the order was incorrect, I should have checked before I drove off.

The first time I ordered the first few times, it wasn't too bad. Recently it's been awful. I do in curbside.And I've noticed a female worker Going outside speaking to her friends smoking a cigarette going back and making pizzas. ( Hey not against smoking but I do know what hygiene means.)Should have said something at that point but did not!!! After that night i got very sick I'm thinking food poisoning.Okay the One good thing I'm Going To say about this location is the young tall boy Is very polite and always working hard.

This location has consistently gotten my pizza order wrong, and they can't cut the pizza correctly. When they source GrubHub as the delivery service, don't expect a hot pizza.To the owner, take some initiative and pride in your business and make it good again.

Ordered a 31 dollar pizza. Had only a 50 dollar bill. I also put on the delivery info that I only had a 50 dollar bill. When I get my pizza, the guy says oh, you need change, I don't have none. Then says he only has a 5 dollar bill. And he says he can't take the pizza back to papajohns. I wrote feedback on the website and was expecting a response, but nothing. This has really ruined my day. Now I am still missing 14 dollars, that I won't be getting back.
