My second time coming Shannon's Pub...The Owner and his staff are Awesome...the atmosphere and food was delicious and you must try the lemon cheesecake 😋

Stopped in with friends on Valentine’s Day had the best espresso martini flight! Bartender Leah was absolutely amazing . As a former server myself I have to give her props. She handled the whole bar and then some completly alone! Can’t wait to visit again!

Home of the overly attentive server. Went there on a Saturday night to hear some live music. There were three servers working when we first arrived. Whittled down to 2 later. The tables were pretty much empty, so I guess they needed something to do. But they did stop by every few minutes to see if we needed anything. Too much.

The potato skins were good. The peppermint white Russian is food. Overall, I would come back.

Haven’t been here since it was Our Place. Met a friend tonight for a before Christmas drink and bite to eat. I am so glad we stopped in!! Ashley and Jojo were so sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere was so inviting, the other customers were friendly, and most of all, the food was absolutely delicious!!! We are definitely going to come back as often as our hectic lives allow!!! What a great place!!

Good food and a fun Atmosphere.
The food is alittle $$. But you get good Quality food. No doubt about that.
It's worth checking out for a small bar in a neighborhood.
All so, they have a party room in the basement that you can rent

I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering Shannon’s: proceed with caution. I don’t know what has happened to the management here, but the behavior displayed by the owner, Steve, and his security staff was appalling, dangerous, and completely unprovoked. We brought a large group of regulars here to celebrate my birthday. My boyfriend, a first-time guest and a two-tour combat veteran, simply mistook Steve (who was wearing a staff shirt behind the bar) for a bartender and asked for drinks. Instead of a simple correction, Steve responded with arrogance and aggression, asking, "What makes you think I get drinks?" It was clear Steve was hanging out/drinking at his own bar and took a simple mistake as a bruised ego. He immediately kicked my boyfriend out over this minor misunderstanding. My boyfriend respected the request and left immediately. As I closed our tab (which took less than 60 seconds), the bouncer punched my boyfriend in the face outside. The reason? He allegedly "pushed the door open too hard" on his way out. To the owner: You allowed a simple misunderstanding to escalate into the physical assault of a respectful veteran who was just trying to buy a drink. You and your staff should be ashamed. We will not be back, and we are advising others to steer clear.

came it to pick up an order and they took as long as they possibly could to get it to me. chatting w as many people as possible instead of just doing their job. I get cooking can take some time but putting food in a bag should not take ten minutes. 😒

My stepmother grew up around here, and the steamed shrimp, mussels, seafood here reminds me of her cooking. The staff here are super friendly and don't leave you hanging. Kudos to Leah and Jordan for being great at their jobs. It has been great coming here to get lunch during my time on the job in MD. They clearly take the menu sourcing more seriously than other Maryland bars, their happy hour starts at 3, they have half priced appetizers on Wednesdays, the mussels are a great deal every day. Recommended.

The pub was a clean, welcoming spot with a solid selection of beers and mixed drinks. I tried the Boo Berry Blast cocktail, refreshing and delicious! For food, we ordered the pretzels and wings, both of which hit the spot. The garlic butter with Parmesan wings were the standout, perfectly crispy with incredible flavor in every bite. The sesame teriyaki wings leaned a little saucy and soggy, but the taste was still enjoyable. Overall, a great place to relax, grab drinks, and watch the game. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality sports bar experience.
