Had my son’s 16th birthday there with 14 family members. They could not have been nicer! So accommodating and so pleasant. The homemade Sangria was delicious. This is definitely going on my “girls night out” list!

Ordered chicken cheesesteak and a regular cheesesteak. Got two regular cheesesteakes. Wife asked for mayo...none was on it. Ordered 2 beers....first beer they said they needed to replace the keg then we're told they were out of that brand. Ordered different beer. Flattest beer I ever had. Cheesesteaks...awful!!!. Both of us were sick the rest of the day. They certainly lived up to the reputation they have now a days.

Ok service. Family friendly Pizza Hut style dining area. Deep dish ordered and received. Obviously cooked in the right dish yet still had that hand tossed flat pizza sheet crust. Not a pro, but was expecting a thick crust. (See pic)

The Detroit style pizza is not as advertised. It's a round pizza with normal cheese and pepperoni. Will never order here again.

By the look and ambience of this place I set my expectations way too high but I would just give a solid 7.5/10 for the pizza I had.
It left me not wanting more of it.
Staff and place is very warm n welcoming and I liked that very much 10/10 for that!

They set up at Lansdowne High School supporting the school. Love when businesses care about their community! Their pizza was awesome! I am from New York so I love that thin crust cheesy pizza! It is hard to find good pizza like that around here so I was pleasantly surprised at their yummy pizza!
If I could give zero stars, I would. It seems like every time I order for delivery, the order is purposely mixed up. I am done ordering from this place. It definitely has went downhill is the past few years. I can understand a mix up, but when I complained in the past and had to go there to have it corrected, I was marked and all the orders since then, about 5, have been wrong. I will give my money to another local business, not this one.

It's okay. Arbutus doesn't offer much for restaurant selections or really good food. So it is your typical sub shop food. Parking is a nightmare, and then the area charges for the few spots available in a tiny lot. It's not welcoming at all.

Place came highly recommended. I must’ve have caught them on an off day. $24 for a 12” pizza….like someone else said it must be frozen pizza. Awful. The cheese even smelled low budget. Also worth mentioning there’s no parking. A metered lot across the street.
