Please have at least 2 workers at your establishment at all times (I don't care if the boss of the establishment has to come in, it's your business and it's your responsibility to staff properly). It's very infuriating to see 1 worker struggling to do their best with no help. This is unfair to both your worker and your customers and leads to long, TERRIBLE wait times and angry customers.

I wanted to give this place a try since I was in the area and it had good reviews on yelp. I got the Hawaiian Lemonade and my husband got the passion fruit green tea. Both drinks were watery and flavorless. My lemonade tasted like watered down Lipton and there was nothing Hawaiian about it. I was very disappointed. I'll stick to my usual place for tea in the future.

Cute little unassuming place. Stopped here to kill some time before an event. Was served immediately by a sweet and happy young woman who walked me through the menu. Ended up with a Thai tea and crystal boba, plus they didn't mind that I sat for a bit to stay out of the cold.

I know they're known for their tea, but their coffee though! This is such a charming little spot in Arbutus. Tricky parking lot but that's pretty standard in the area. I got my daughter a classic black pearl milk tea and she loved it, and for myself I got a coffee. I'm very picky about coffee but this one was great. Not too strong but not too light. And the customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Nice little spot in Arbutus. The staff was very friendly and and accommodating. I went for my go-to tea which is mango tea, here it's named Mango Phoenix. Added black boba and coconut jelly. The tea was very good fresh and strong. If your in the area and want something different than snowballs and ice cream not a bad choice to try. They also have a good playlist of music while you wait.

Was on the area and wanted bubble tea so found this place on Yelp! It's a small space and I can see how parking can be tricky, but I went on a Tuesday afternoon so was able to find a place right in front. I just got the classic black milk tea with bubbles. The milk tea was a bit sugary on the first sip but with time, once the ice melted a bit, it was a good level and tasty. The bubbles were the right texture of chewy! Would visit again. FYI, for parking I was told you can park cross street for free 15min parking!

Take down your Groupon deal because that is a scam. I'm pretty sure no combination of your classic milk tea plus 1 topping will come out to be greater than $10 or even greater than the $7 deal on Groupon. The owner even said that this is valid for only 1 drink and that it is cheaper to buy in store when one of the workers messaged her boss about this deal.

Good tasting tea. Owner is responsive to reviews, etc. tea taste is nice and thick. Slightly sweeter than average.

Since I was in the area and could always drink a good bubble tea, decided to give Taste Tea a try. Yelpers didn't stir me wrong with this one! Parking could be tricky, but is available along the street or super tiny lot adjacent to the store. There's also a few tables inside if you decide to drink your beverage there. They offer a variety of drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, lemonade, coffee, and specialty drinks. They also offer tons of topping choices (regular boba, popping boba, jellies, pudding, foam). Starred items on their menu are customer favorites. Note only small and large sizes are available. They no longer offer a medium sized beverage. Decided on the tiger cream milk with boba. I never had tiger milk tea before, so wasn't sure what to expect, but enjoyed my drink. It wasn't super sweet or overwhelming in taste. I can definitely see how this tea got it's name from the look of my drink when I first got it. The boba was cooked well, soft and not super chewy. Also tried some of the strawberry smoothie and strawberry lemonade, which C&N both liked. I plan to be back when I'm in the area, which is probably when I head back for some Hawaiian food not too far away (~1 min drive depending on if you hit that traffic light!).

Great cafe in downtown Arbutus! Prices are affordable. Perfect for near by UMBC students. There's street parking or a public lot across the street.

This place is fantastic. It was my daughter’s first day back to school today and her first request after school was a bubble tea. My only request - please put on cleaner music! My 9 year old stared at me wide eyed today (and last week as well) when she heard the music with multiple cuss words and uncensored bad language. She was like “mom whoa ?” but great service and delicious drinks! ??
