I placed an order online through instacart restaurant AKA Uber eats I got a notification saying my order was ready I went to the store to pick up my food they stated they couldn't find my order so I show them my receipt and I also let them know if they can start working on my order because I paid for it they stated they had to contact Uber eats because they didn't receive the order I told them that they could start making my order because I paid for it and I'm showing them proof they shunned me away treated me like I wasn't a customer that place an order with them instead of trying to fix the issue and satisfy both parties I've worked in a restaurant as a manager and this was not the proper way to be treated they didn't care and they told me that I can go and stated that maybe Uber eats canceled the order why would they cancel the order if I already paid for it and I have a receipt? No notification .. I will never order here again the customer service was trash they looked at me as if I was trash.
I bet if I was Hispanic I wouldn't have been treated like this. Very unfortunate to say but very much reality.
You could have called and fixed the issue. No one even wanted to look at the receipt. Just kept telling me we don't have the order. How about call UberEATS right away.
No line, you all were slowwwwwwww. Shame on you. I was in a rush and had food ordered for the kids .. treat people how you want to be treated or how you want people to treat your family

I have ordered the pizza through uber eats and this pizza is very good! Just like how I remember it at the greenbelt location which had always been my spot! Good taste, nicely cooked. Recommended their pizza! 🤤

Three Brothers Italian Baltimore

GOOD: Mozzarella Sticks, friendly service, clean, quiet atmosphere

BAD(not so good): pasta dish, pizza, price paid for the value

I really wanted to enjoy Three Brothers. It had decent reviews and many items received good feedback.

The mozzarella sticks were very good - hot, gooey, crunchy. The ladies at the front counter were very nice and the place has a pleasent atmosphere.

Unfortunately, food counts the
most as that's where the money goes. I paid 16.00 for a seafood pasta dish (Crabby Friday). It was floating in sauce - floating and the penne was very soft, overcooked. I only encounterd traces of shrimp, nothing else. For the quality, it was over-priced. I tried a slice of pizza to round out the sample. The pizza fell flat. There's no saltiness to the cheese making the whole pizza bland. The dough was cooked but needed 3-5 more minutes for that stiff, crispy crust. The only upside on the pasta was leftovers I can jazz up. Overall, the food left me unsatisfied.

We come to Three Brothers at least once a week if not twice a week my neighbors come at least two or three times a week to get pizza. The last pizza that we received look like it had turned upside down looks like somebody threw up on it we've never had this happen before and I don't understand why you wouldn't try to rectify the situation. I don't have a car and when I called the young lady who answered the phone was very rude.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hole in the wall place. Was quiet and delicious, cannot wait to visit again!

Food is very flavorful!

The best Italian combination sub that I have eaten in a long time.

Parking: Great Italian restaurant and location. Amazing Pizza and Italian style food. Highly recommended it!

I was visiting the area for work and came across this gem
Great tasting food, great value, in a casual dining environment. I enjoyed it so much that I returned several times during the week. The crab soup was delightful.

Got the 14" that was labeled 12.99 bit was charged 15.99 plus tax won't be going there no more I don't appreciate getting over charged .

Delicious & reasonably priced food. Everything tasted so fresh! It was so good that we wanted to keep eating even though we were SO full. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with friendly and hard working staff. We had the fried ravioli as an appetizer with stuffed shells w meatballs and the Chesapeake pasta. Holy cannoli!! Just thinking about them makes my mouth water. Would/will come back again.

The pizza is so good

Had the opportunity to eat the Italian boat and let me tell you, that folks, was amazing. Daughter had the Spaghetti and meatballs and that was good. Wife had the meatball sub and said it was outstanding. (I could tell because I didn't even get to try that). Mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection, not cheese busting out everywhere. I really enjoyed the food here and the service was extremely fast. Great job down there at Three Brothers. Thank you all very much ??
