Bad customer service. It’s more to making smoothies have a personality be aware of customers and pick up orders, be present and active.

The Açaí bowl was good. However, the granola was very hard and the chunks were large. The fruit was very good but the balance of the granola was off. It was difficult to break up with the spoon as well.

Bought a wrap. Sat down after paying, looked at my receipt, and noticed the cashier marked "no side" without ever asking me what side I wanted. Looked up at the board to double-check that a side comes with my meal. A side does come with my meal. Very dishonest cashier. Will not be coming back to this location. I wonder how many other customers the cashier did that to this afternoon.

I love this location. I've been at least 3 times and I've never had a bad experience. Their turkey bacon ranch's are delicious and fresh always and, of course, the smoothies are great. Me and the fam got smoothies that stayed cold the whole ride to ocean city once (in the summer).

This is my 1st time ordering from this location & I ordered it thru the website instead of DoorDash (much cheaper, faster & more options to customize ur order) by far the best acai bowl I’ve had from all other tropical smoothies I’ve been to thus far. Not only was it made exactly how I like it but it was super fresh & the acai was even still frozen by the time it got to me. I always order thru DoorDash & I order from the tropical smoothie closer to my house & when my bowl gets to me, it’s usually melted down. Still delicious but this location is way better. Now I know to order thru the website & not thru DoorDash itself. Thank you tropical smoothie on Washington Blvd. U guys rock! Oh! & the customer service was great. I called to make sure they received my order & that it was accurate. The guy was very nice & made sure it was done the way I asked. 10 out of 10!!

The cashier was not professional at all. While I were on the line waiting for my turn for around 5mins. He couldn't care less and was just chatting with his coworker.One of his coworker saw what was happening and came up to me to ask if i already ordered. Which i did not do and had to leave for bad customer service.

Fast service and dependably good food. Love the wraps and the customizable smoothies. Lettuce in the wrap was a little old, but still a good meal.
