Everything was spectacular, the people are so nice here. They have great service, great food and you will not be disappointed. They cook everything fresh to order and the pizza is phenomenal

Stopped in and was not disappointed. Quality ingredients and the guys were really nice. We had the cheese steaks and they were top notch. Loved the open door vibe and that they made the food fresh in front of us. Me and my buddy will be bringing our wives back so they can try it.

I won't lie, I was a little skeptical but just got 2 cheese steaks and a large fry and my god was it delicious! Perfect meat to bread ratio & the cheese melted nicely into the meat. I will definitely come back!

Tys is without a doubt my favorite pizza/ sub shop around. The cheesesteaks are cooked to perfection every time. Their French fries and pizza are also very good. The staff is very friendly. It's definitely a hidden gem in the Arbutus area. I recommend them to everyone I know
