Honestly wish that there was a 0 star rating because this place doesn’t even deserve 1. One of the female managers messed up the food twice and continued to say it was our fault. The order was written on a piece of paper with the word PLAIN boxed in. She said it didn’t say plain. Very rude and this place is a disappointment. Very horrible manager and should not have a management position

I go here every day hopeing for better and as usual I’m not suprised. They have zimbobway working the counter who can’t understand anything a slow woman at the front who can’t hear you and he over charges I got one rodeo burger medium and it was 10 dollars? It was 6 the other week so odd and when I brought it up he said what’s on our screen is different from what we sell we show a two patty meal but only use one patty the fact he said that and did not understand why I was upset shows you this countries problem hope it gets fixed before somone makes it personal

i normally would never post a review about any place before because i also work and fast food and i understand the struggles, but the customer service here is so rude. i only ever go through drive thru here, there are short and rude. i work at chick fil a so maybe my standards are higher but i feel like if anything you can make an effort to be polite. also very slow process to get your food finally out the window.

Having a lot of wait time while waiting I got to read the menu board a lot of times. I guess what mostly caught my attention was the new hamburgers. They were some thing new to taste. The hamburgers looked juicier.

I am honestly not the person to write reviews when I go to places, but I have to this time. The service at this Burger King was truly outstanding. They noticed a small inconsistency between my two orders and took the time to check with me instead of just pushing it through. I really appreciate that. The overall service was amazing and genuine. Special thanks to Roger in the back and Haley on the front line for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Ex bk employee here. The complaints on this page are valid. Spending money on food and not receiving what you ordered or getting it cold is not what you're supposed to get. Without rambling for too long, this is a management attitude problem. They don't lay down the required steps to take to ensure customer satisfaction. The issue with employees being rude to customers is absolutely unacceptable given the standard of food service across the board. Even if the customer is projecting, doesn't mean we can do it back. The problem with getting your orders completely handed out wrong has to do with whoever is putting the order in the bag. Getting the sandwich made incorrectly is a kitchen problem. We've put in stickers for the sandwiches so the expeditiors know exactly what sandwich it is for which order. And they still f it up. It's ridiculous, I know.
The best way to hold the company accountable is to not get food from there.
