Ex bk employee here. The complaints on this page are valid. Spending money on food and not receiving what you ordered or getting it cold is not what you're supposed to get. Without rambling for too long, this is a management attitude problem. They don't lay down the required steps to take to ensure customer satisfaction. The issue with employees being rude to customers is absolutely unacceptable given the standard of food service across the board. Even if the customer is projecting, doesn't mean we can do it back. The problem with getting your orders completely handed out wrong has to do with whoever is putting the order in the bag. Getting the sandwich made incorrectly is a kitchen problem. We've put in stickers for the sandwiches so the expeditiors know exactly what sandwich it is for which order. And they still f it up. It's ridiculous, I know.
The best way to hold the company accountable is to not get food from there.

asked for a maple bourbon whopper without the jalapeño and onion. both of witch where oh the sandwich, along with bacon burnt so bad its not even edible.

I am older, and I walk with a cane. The manager, young man, carried my tray to the table for me. He spoke to me as he was cleaning the dining area. He was very kind and attentive to helping me. I hope he is appreciated by Burger King and compensated well for his hard work and kindness. Thank you, job well done!

Food was good but they try to trick you into signing up for a timeshare presentation. I got a flyer in my bag that says to text a number to see if you win a gift card. When I read the fine print, it says you will attend a 2 hour timeshare presentation for Massanutten Virginia. Timeshare is a scam.

It was after 9pm and was dark and the lights outside the restaurant weren't on. I mentioned it to the drive through attendant and she said "that's because we didn't turn them on". Interesting.

I try very hard to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the absolute worst place. They never get the order right, and we always end up having to go in because they have forgotten something. Not that big of a deal. Sometimes the food is overcooked and fries are over salted. Sometimes the fries are not salted at all. There is no consistency other than bad service. Tonight was no exception. Went there because we needed a quick meal after a long day. No one was in the drive thru and there was only one customer inside. I placed my order for a swiss n shroom melt meal and a bacon melt meal. We opened the bag and there was two sandwiches, and two orders of fries. Cool. Took it home. Neither melt was correct. The swiss n shroom had no swiss but cheddar. The bacon melt was covered in onions (the classic melt), with no bacon. I drove back over, walk in, and tell the manager (who was already standing there) that neither melt was correct. Again, one customer inside and two in the drive thru. The person who gave me the food in the drive thru came over and took the bag that had the wrong food. That person and the manager walked in the back. He muttered something about it being wrong and how could they mess it up. I watched the person open the original melt they had given me, throw bacon on it, and heat it up. I then watched as they made a new swiss melt because you can't pull melted cheese off. I was incredibly disappointed. I was expecting to get a freshly made melt that I ordered instead of masking one they got wrong. I ended up throwing it away without eating it. I do not recommend going to this Burger King - in the Hampstead Walmart parking lot - they simply don't care about customer service or the food they make. Getting it wrong once in a while, understand. But all the time, and when you aren't busy, unacceptable.
