I try very hard to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the absolute worst place. They never get the order right, and we always end up having to go in because they have forgotten something. Not that big of a deal. Sometimes the food is overcooked and fries are over salted. Sometimes the fries are not salted at all. There is no consistency other than bad service. Tonight was no exception. Went there because we needed a quick meal after a long day. No one was in the drive thru and there was only one customer inside. I placed my order for a swiss n shroom melt meal and a bacon melt meal. We opened the bag and there was two sandwiches, and two orders of fries. Cool. Took it home. Neither melt was correct. The swiss n shroom had no swiss but cheddar. The bacon melt was covered in onions (the classic melt), with no bacon. I drove back over, walk in, and tell the manager (who was already standing there) that neither melt was correct. Again, one customer inside and two in the drive thru. The person who gave me the food in the drive thru came over and took the bag that had the wrong food. That person and the manager walked in the back. He muttered something about it being wrong and how could they mess it up. I watched the person open the original melt they had given me, throw bacon on it, and heat it up. I then watched as they made a new swiss melt because you can't pull melted cheese off. I was incredibly disappointed. I was expecting to get a freshly made melt that I ordered instead of masking one they got wrong. I ended up throwing it away without eating it. I do not recommend going to this Burger King - in the Hampstead Walmart parking lot - they simply don't care about customer service or the food they make. Getting it wrong once in a while, understand. But all the time, and when you aren't busy, unacceptable.

Had the worst food and service tonight. My food was totally wrong. Called to see if manager working. Went to take my food back and doors close at 9pm. No one would come to the door. They all ignored me. Workers were behind the counter playing around with the Burger King Hats. Laughing and not paying attention. Earlier when I ordered my food there were people all by the grill playing around. No one at the register. A female at the window confused about the orders. Some very large dark haired guy dressed like a manager complaining about the drive through customers and making nasty comments about them. He was so sloppy and gross I didn’t want him to touch my food. BK should be ashamed hiring people that have no sense in their looks or hygiene. I plan to call the Health Department to complain about the dirty floor, grill, tables, countertops and the disgusting dirty looking manager guy. If that is what they call a manager no wonder the rest of the employees have no respect for my service or food.

Expensive you won't be able to use the rest room unless you ordered food. They locked me I side the restroom until I called my mom to get me out of there. Thank God. What would happen if I was alone.

Employees hate working there and take it out on customers, many things frequently out of order or stock, waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with a line of only 4 cars and food is usually cold....they should mercy kill this BK and put something else here if it's not working for anyone.

Only place I used my debit card and 1 week later my CC number was stolen. Someone had a purchase in my name delivered to 7 Oak St Hanover (not my address or sneaker purchase). I'm quite sure the drivthru girl that walked away with my card for aboutv1 minute, stole my numbers. I know the name bit won't say it, just in case I'm wrong. Pay cash, foods what you expect, and I think it's driv thru only now?Vegetarian options: Impossible whopperParking: Pay cash, don't let them walk out of sight with your bank card. Should be able to trust B.K., but honestly I can't anymore.

Absolutely the worst Bk around service is slow enough to watch a full episode of friends in the line, their computer system rarely recognizes app coupons or mobile orders and the employees are rude and unprofessional. I would eat trash out of the can before I went back to this location.
