I always enjoy treating myself to cold stone ice cream. I love the coffee flavored ice cream with chocolate sprinkles- basic, I know! But their ice cream is just so creamy and good. The prices are steep but getting a kids portion helps some

Great local store. This Cold Stone is very clean and friendly staff. This location does get busy at times and the employees do a great job of providing quick service. The ice cream is always delicious and the cups are always full. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for some delicious ice cream.

Too expensive for what it is. I get that they make their ice cream fresh, but is just not that good. Their base vanilla is not melt in your mouth savory.I got a small and it cost more than a pint from the grocery store. Ben & Jerry’s makes better vanilla and about 1/3 of the price.Too much $$$ for boring ice cream and toppings that I couldn’t really get excited about.

Found a long black strand of hair inside of my ice cream (clearly not mine as I do not have black hair). Also, staff had a small dog running around in the kitchen area- not sanitary at all. Staff not very welcoming. Will not be returning.

Clean store, service was not very good , there was some confusion with our order and lady behind the counter was not very kind, things happen and miscommunication happen but she was not friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Store is very clean but staff isn't very welcoming and friendly. She seemed annoyed when I asked for a lid. Ice cream wasn't mixed very well as there were chunks of cake and cookie dough at the bottom. I'm a big cold Stone fans so this is very disappointing. Choose another location!
