I've been a long time customer but my past few experiences have not been great. Ordered a cheesesteak with tomato, American cheese, mayo and fried onions. The sub was cold, no tomatoes, no mayo and no American cheese. Disappointed. However, the young man that delivered it was the most kind, sweet, respectful delivery person I have ever encountered. He should get a raise so you can hang on to someone as special as him.
I've eaten at Genova's way more than I can count and have tried virtually everything on the menu, aside from the Italian dishes.Firstly, Genova's has the best bread for subs in Carroll County. Their meats are on par with everyone else but nothing special, but the bread makes it. Portion sizes for the cost are hit or miss. If you get a parm sub, fillings are generous.
