Went to get a sub today for a familiar taste. Since I’m new to the area, a lot of my favorite restaurants aren’t up here. I went in and was told they couldn’t do an italian on the grill. I’m confused because why can’t you put meat on the grill for two seconds. No where else has had a problem with that and they were not busy at all. I chose to not get anything especially since the bread looked burnt. The manager wasn’t wearing a hat or apron and the customer service was horrible. Barely a word. The slicer also had crumbs everywhere and they were plenty dead enough to clean the area. My boyfriend got a hot sub. He asked for no jalapeños add hot sauce. So much hot sauce was put on that’s all it tasted like. Not to mention it had jalapeños on it. I’ve managed a Jersey Mikes and they were breaking a lot of what makes us a good sub shop. Very dissatisfied and will not be back.

One of the better locations I have been too. They acknowledge you when you walk in. Everyone behind the counter was happy smiling and pleasant. And clean as a whistle!! 5 stars!

Jersey Mikes is always a solid sub shop. Stopped in late for dinner one night for a quick bite. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as we stepped in. The service was quick - we both ordered hot subs. Both were great and made correctly. Def recommend this location!

Went to order a hot sub and was advised they are not making hot subs for the rest of the evening 40 minutes before they closed. They were currently making 3 and the customer right in front of us ordered one. No one else was in line. They then proceed to make additional hot subs for the customers that followed. Poor customer service

Dairy Allergy anyone? Well this Jersey Mike’s location is top notch. When I asked the young man taking the orders if the bread contained dairy, he knew right away that it did. I then ordered a “sub in a tub” and he cleaned the whole slicer and had everyone change their gloves to prevent cross-contamination with the cheese. I was so impressed!! The food is delicious and the customer service impeccable! I wish every place was like this!

Order pickup from the app. Got 2 subs both on garlic rosemary bread. Got home and they were both on white. Sandwiches were mid. Would have gave 3 stars if they didn't get my bread wrong. Honestly Genova's or Subway is better if you're in Hampstead.

Nobody knew what they were doing. They are all young teenagers not doing anything right. Everything is disorganized, they didn't know which subs went to the right people. We were telling a boy what we wanted on it and he kept saying "what" "huh" "that's all" "what did you want." The service was terrible, this place deserves a 0 star. Never going here again. Food was even wrong. The guy adding stuff on the sub put lettuce that had meat, onions, and everything else on the cutting board, back into the lettuce.

all hail jersey mikes!!!! i frequent this store for lunch and it is by far my favorite place to stop. even during the busy lunch hours, the staff is always so friendly and working hard to get everyone taken care of quickly. i’m never in line for more than a few minutes and even at their busiest am always met with a smile and reassurance i will be taken care of, plus the sub is always worth the small wait. bathrooms are always spotless too. it’s nice to see the younger generation working hard these days, they don’t make ‘em like they used to!!

Always welcomed with a warm greeting, food is prepared quickly, and you can never go wrong with the quality and taste of a Jersey Mikes sub. I am Strongly recommending this store for anyone that is in the area. I will certainly be coming back here!

This was the best Jersey Mikes location that i have ever been to! Do yourself a favor when traveling through Maryland and stop in at this Jersey Mikes! The staff is absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a cleaner bathroom either! Just simply stunned at how clean that bathroom was! You could have a sandwich mikes way off that porcelain throne!
