I went there 1/26/24 at around 6;30 pm and we got a 12 piece instead of a 16 piece but noticed this error in our parked car 5-6 minutes later (after my wife and I ate half a wing and a thigh). I took it back inside and spoke with manager, who initially refused (twice) that I got 12 pieces (until we counted them, bones and all, on the counter and I was proven right). I don't recommend this KFC. They were out of chicken. So I ordered a taco bell meal. They forgot my taco. So not only could I not get the chicken I wanted I get home and only have half my meal. I even read the reviews before we came and was like it can't be that bad. It is. Don't waste your money.

So what is it? All of the outside signage says Taco Bell. All of the inside signage is Kentucky fried Chicken. And as we ordered Taco Bell stuff, it became pretty clear that the people preparing the food don't really know what they are either. The burritos that we received were not labeled properly with the wrap. They were oversized and not well burrito wrapped.
