It’s KFC, so we all know what to expect when it comes to the food. But this time, the experience stood out. The girl at the register was incredibly attentive and even offered me a drink while I waited.

Amber the The drive-through cashier instead of saying good morning. Welcome to KFC she says what can I get you? She just seem very rude and when I tried to walk in to sit down, she’s like oh we’re not open yet you have to leave.

I was discriminated against and not served any food. I watched everyone in front of me place their order and receive their food. When it was my turn to order I went to order one taco and was told the place was closed. I asked what time the place closed they told me 9pm. It was 8:45pm and it was clearly not closed. I had no one behind me waiting in line but was told I wasn't able to get any food because they were closed. I will never return to this place again. The manager was rude to me when I asked if they could please make one taco for my son. Needless to say, my boy at home who loves taco bell was very upset he didn't get a taco. I have never in my life been treated like this before and I felt so bad about this service I went to report it to Tacobell, but only found out this is not labeled a location for Tacobell. I had to report the incident to KFC, which I have yet to hear anything back yet. Taco bell should really pull this location for bad behavior or KFC should fire everyone in it! I still can't believe this happened.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude,and was threatening because I wanted to check my bag before I pulled off.store was not stocked properly ( no tenders& limited nuggets)order was wrong,they didn't put the mashed potatoes and gravy in the bag.thsts exactly why I wanted to check it before I left.

So what is it? All of the outside signage says Taco Bell. All of the inside signage is Kentucky fried Chicken. And as we ordered Taco Bell stuff, it became pretty clear that the people preparing the food don't really know what they are either. The burritos that we received were not labeled properly with the wrap. They were oversized and not well burrito wrapped. There were no condiments available to take, and new lids for the large cup of soda. As far as the food quality, I've definitely had better Taco Bell experiences. And cleaner ones.

I went there 1/26/24 at around 6;30 pm and we got a 12 piece instead of a 16 piece but noticed this error in our parked car 5-6 minutes later (after my wife and I ate half a wing and a thigh). I took it back inside and spoke with manager, who initially refused (twice) that I got 12 pieces (until we counted them, bones and all, on the counter and I was proven right). I had to embarrass myself and raise my voice b/c she refused to just give me one wing, thigh, breast and leg (i.e., four additional pcs) and rude, angry and anything but "customer is king." Terrible mindset and demeanor for a manager. And some of the chicken looks nuked. Shame on you KFC. And KFC Hampstead. Lesson here, don't have your teenage son go in and make the order and in grain in your family to check the order before leaving the premises. The other lesson, dont go to KFC.

I don't recommend this KFC. They were out of chicken. So I ordered a taco bell meal. They forgot my taco. So not only could I not get the chicken I wanted I get home and only have half my meal. I even read the reviews before we came and was like it can't be that bad. It is. Don't waste your money.
