I have a great experience at KFC/Taco Bell, Hampstead. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and positive and its clear There is a new management team making a difference. The store was clean. The team was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. You can definitely feel their improvement in both service and quality. Keep up the great work team.

Ordered 3 pc white meat chicken box from KFC drive thru in Hampstead Waited at least 7 min. To come home & discover I received one white meat carcass covered in an over whelming amount of batter. The biscuit was hard enough to break a tooth. The coleslaw tasted of pure onion. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! It’s not the first time. However, years ago they were actually good. Not anymore. So I called the store. It took like 8 back to back calls to reach a pulse. Unfortunately, the person really couldn’t understand English. I kept trying to tell her I couldn’t come back in today because I’m disabled & no longer had a ride. She just kept saying the same thing. You come in today we’ll replace it. It ended up in a moot point.
Prior we tried Taco Bell. Even more disgusting! I honestly couldn’t identify anything on the order. So slopped on, gross. it home from drive thru nothing looked familiar. It tasted even worse 🤮. If you want even tolerable food, do yourself a favor & pass by the two connecting restaurants. It’s a no win situation. Paid over $15 for nothing worth eating.

Every once in a while I like to have KFC! Because of how mismanaged this location is I haven't been for a year. Decided to go March 4th, 2025. Website and door say hours open at 11am. Went at 11:30am, no one there, doors locked. I went back at noon, doors still locked! Decided to try a week later, same issue! Gave up ant went across the street to Jersey Mike's, busy but fast and exceptional service. KFC Westminster closed because of how horrible they were, this location must be owned/managed by the same group.

Amber the The drive-through cashier instead of saying good morning. Welcome to KFC she says what can I get you? She just seem very rude and when I tried to walk in to sit down, she’s like oh we’re not open yet you have to leave.
