If I could give this location a zero star I would. My husband ordered my family a pizza last night and on his way to pick it up he got a flat tire. He called back and told them he would be there to pick the pizza up but would be a little bit late. We got there to pick the pizza up and my husband was told they gave it to another customer. He didn’t have time to wait as he had to pick our child up from practice. He called and spoke to a person ( Manager) named Sue who said they would give us a pizza for free. He ordered it tonight. A person called him and said that he no longer will receive a “free” pizza and can have 10% off. This is such poor management in my eyes. As a business owner to another, you should be ashamed!!!

Carry out pizza. Ready, service friendly and courteous. There’s another Ledos 2 minutes from where I live but I drive 15 minutes to Hampstead because they use the traditional crust and never skimp on the sauce.

Love the Pizza, but for the third time in three orders where the app has an option for picking up food at a specific time, I picked up my third COLD pizza. Obviously they cooked the pizza right away and have no heat lamps/trays.

We ordered online which was easy. Our order was ready when we arrived which is always a plus! The counter person was very pleasant and polite! The salad was good and plentiful. It was made into two meals! The cheese and anchovy pizza was good & the only complaint was that the anchovies were very boney. That’s why the food rating was given 4 stars.🙂

When you pick up a carryout order, drive home and find out the order is wrong, shouldn't the restaurant at least apologize for my inconvenience for needing to drive back out? When I picked up the correct order, the girl at the counter, and the manager, offered no attempt at an apology. In fact, the actually argued with me that it's not their responsibility to ensure that I have the correct order! There are too many other restaurants in my area that appreciate their customers. There is no excuse for that level of customer service - none.

Ledo may be known for their pizza, but today, my first time at Ledo, I got a grilled chicken Cesar salad and I'm telling you -I think it was the best salad I've ever had.😀 Lol, lettuce was very fresh with no sign of wilt. The dressing was superb and the chicken was quite honestly cooked to perfection with the perfect bit of toasty brown on the chicken. Good and friendly service! Thanks.
They tend to overcook the cheese, 2nd time in last 3 visits. But I love Ledo's pizza, just need to specify that I guess.

Childhood memories, of this place, we lived down the road in the 70s ,the area has changed a lot. I was suprised to talk to the lady who was the owner,her and her husband John which I remember from those times, 😊 took my grandson for the experience of going down memorie lane , no tables, take out only was still good as I remember 👌

Food is good and service is friendly. Pizza is unique.. love the thick pepperoni. The white pizza with tomato slices is very good. Google needs to edit their open times though... It says it's open until 10:00 but must not be. I drove to pick up a pizza for carryout at 9:00 on a Thursday and it was closed. Kind of disappointing to drive there to get a late dinner only to have them be closed.
