This particular McDonald's messed up my order when I ordered a few ranch wraps I bit into one and it definitely wasn't ranch the spicy fire was a bit much but staff was friendly and corrected my order the wait time was like 10 minutes

Pay attention the the counter please. I'm 8 minutes back now cause there was nobody around to hand me the door dash order which is sitting right Infront of me. 8 minutes is forever in terms of door dash.. and clean your bathroom please.

Consider somewhere else if you want to”fast” food. Every single time I come here, no matter what I order I’m “parked” in a space to wait for the food. I’ve currently be parked for 5 minutes already along with another customer and they are barely busy. Just ridiculous.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Today I ordered carry out and parked at number 5 and had to wait 15 minutes before going inside and waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes. Nobody at the register and more people waiting for their orders. They weren’t busy. Maybe 4 people around waiting. And alll I got was a happy meal. And it was sitting right behind the counter!! Worst McDonald’s service ever. Looks like they only hire Mexicans 🤦♀️ maybe that’s why the horrible service and not getting orders out to customers in time.

So in the last few times I've been there your service is 50/50. Am is always terrible. No frapps, they'll be closed at 7 am. Other times I've gone in the afternoon so my daughter could go to the play place were fine. But this morning they pissed me off. Advertising the 2 for 3.33 on a big poster but the wouldn't honor the deal on the side of there building. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager could barely understand simple English.its not my problem if you don't have a button on your register it's your job to make the situation right. Been a retail store manager for 14 years and I even worked my first job for three years at that restaurant in Hampstead and just really disappointed I winded up without breakfast cause I wouldn't pay almost 6 dollars for what was advertised as 3.33 plus tax.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and even said, it's buy one get one for a dollar right?? Yeah yeah it was $5 and some change. I got 2 cheeseburgers. Cashier had to get someone from the back because he didn't know what hot fudge sundae meant. Wendy's for me from now on.
