Being a former manager at this location, I know when things aren’t done right. The dough for the pizza I ordered was obviously over 2 days old. I don’t have a problem with that, the only difference is that the crust doesn’t puff up as much and can split instead. The service is always good, zero problems. The interior is incredibly outdated in an awful way. The carpet was torn since I started working there in 2018, and is still torn now. The dining room is so outdated, but the staff does keep it clean. There were lights out when I left, and those same lights are still out to this day.Overall: Food is fine, staff is the best part, an atmosphere is abhorrent unless they decorate for a holiday.

Despite having limited resources, the gentleman that helped us was AMAZING. He alone made our experience great. The food was your standard pizza hut, which I enjoy, but the server/cashier/manager/do everything alone guy was outstanding. The franchise needs to commend him! GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN.

Good food, great cheesesticks, and now table service again, at least on Friday when I went. But was over $30 for just myself ?
Waited over an hour and half for the pizza, wings, and cheese bread to be delivered. When it got here all the food was lukewarm at best (basically cold). I had to warm up everything. For the money spent I was disappointed.

Great friendly staff and the was worth every penny. It had been a long time since I ate there and the price point was excellent at about 7 dollars a person. Abundant parking and easy access off MD business 30 north. Slightly more complicated to get into coming south on business 30 as you need to turn onto North woods trail from that direction.

So i called for a Delivery,the guy on d other line got the Address and said he couldn't find it,he asked again and i gave the Address even had to spell out street name gently, to my surprise he Hissed d and hung up,called again and a lady picked Up,she Apologized after my complaint with the first Guy,she then transferred me to another location buh no one picked Up,overall poor customer service,i Managed a Restaurant and wouldn't behave in this Manner.

Been going to this Pizza Hut for years and never had an issue until today . I got a large pan pizza and it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It looked like it was leftover from the day before. With all of the pizza options I have here I will never go back.

This is the 2nd time I tried to get a round personal pan pizza for my kids at this location and when I arrive they give me a square pizza my kids will not eat because they want round persomal pan pizza. Store claims they are out of dough, 2nd time in 30 days. Not able to get refund.
