My boyfriend was there the other night when a employee was so disrespectful to someone whom he said was sitting quietly along the metal railing and sounded like she was trying to reach a manager by phone. He rung the bell fo service and an employee held up through the closed blinds a large sign stated "we cant serve you. Called cops on crazy lady" with an arrow pointing towards this customer. He was upset when he returned home. He said the middle school age child started crying when she held up the sign. He wasnt sure what happemed so he kept to himself but as he went to get in our car he said that another couple said the guy witness the situation and this lady stood there patiently without being served and only rang the bell after 10 mins or so of no service only to be attacked verbally by an employee. He told him that he then rang the bell to confront her but they just looked at him and ignored him too. I believe they went to Hauffmans. Thats 4 customers they lost and I'm sure that poor lady wont want to go back either, so at least 5. I was told by a friend they saw a post on here and I came to comment but maybe Rita's deleted. They need to get new workers. My b/f always stops after hot days of work. That will not be the case any longer.

I accidentally left my debt card in the ledge outside the order window. I called the next day and the sweet young lady working there had safely put it away for me, so I went back the following day to get it. So thankful she was an honest person. I bought another frozen ice and gave her a big tip!

Get the chocolate gelato with cherry ice.

This world is so screwed. 3 employees working not one noticed I was standing at the walk up window , they were to busy making videos. One finally noticed me made a comment to the other 2 and all 3 went back to there phones. Second time something like this happened here
Seems to be the norm today .
