My husband and I were there for at least 5 minutes and no one came to take our order or even acknowledged that we were standing there, so we just left. Sort of a bummer.

Absolutely terrible. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, the food that I received was stale and looked as though it was hastily thrown together. Overpriced stale garbage at a high price, last time I will ever come here. Edit: sorry I had to come back to leave more because I can't get out of my mind how terrible this food was, it haunts me like a Victorian ghost haunts the decendant of a scorned lover. It was the driest, nastiest, left-out-all-day-tasting taco bell I have ever had. Like if you could take the feeling of grandma being abandoned at a nursing home and not seeing her family for years coupled with the smell of hot diaper left in the sun and turn it into a food item you'd get close to what this gruel was. I wouldn't feed a dog the slop that was served to me

Cannot figure out this stores hours. Per their door they are open until 9pm every night but I was just there at 6:30 today and they were closed. I have seen them shut off drive thru at 7 with cars in the lane.
Its a guessing game if you can even use them in the afternoon

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I placed an order online and it processed and said my order would be ready in 15 mins. I drove from Westminster to Hampstead under the impression my food would be ready when I arrived. I pulled up to a long drive thru line and decided to park and go in. The lights were off and the door was closed. AFTER GETTING A CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER AND PAYING ONLINE!!!! It’s a Friday night and my card was charged for food I couldn’t even get BECAUSE THE PLACE WAS CLOSED AT 6:30 pm on a Friday night! I can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund of course. I’m absolutely disgusted with this service and so were so many other people that arrived when I was there. I will definitely be contacting corporate!!! Do not waste your time at this place every time I go there has been an issue!

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. They are literally the slowest bunch of incompetent morans I've ever seen working there. They neglect customers at the window forever, have no empathy but I guess I shouldn't expect that from them that's too much to ask their shriveled up burnt brain cells they have left. PSA to the old Snaggle tooth witch at the window, my offer still stand I'll drag ya.?

I was going to buy some soda and food then I wanted to go to the bathroom and they didn't let me in and they locked it that was stupid a woman with a mole on her face how ugly to go through that I don't recommend going there to buy food or use the bathroom no I will buy there again thank you

The people who work here must hate Mexico. The food was prepared very slopy. The taco fell apart before I could eat it. The burritos were just warm. This was my second visit in two years and I should have remembered the first time because it was the same. Well now I'm finished with this place.
