The wait for the food is outrageous even in the drive thru. We had to back out and go to the taco bell in Westminster because the wait in the drive thru was taking forever. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The guy who took our order was very nice. The lady who kept interrupting him from taking our order was rude. It did take us 30 minutes to actually receive our food and when we did some things we're missing. It wasn't filthy but it definitely could use a little wipe down.

Claiming that they are closed at 8pm when online says they are not, just because employees do not want to work. Outrageous, management allowing employees like that to continue working there is clear they do not care about business.

Went to this Taco Bell on 10/01/2025 after working a 12 hour shift and being too tired to cook when I went home. I placed my order in the drive-through at 5:49 PM. At that point, there were only two cars in front of me. My food did not come out until 6:08 PM. That’s NINETEEN MINUTES for a crappy Cheesy Gordita Crunch. If the restaurant is under staffed, they need to be closed. They didn’t offer me a receipt, so I have no way to leave feedback corporately.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. Explicitly told them no tomatoes TWICE (I am allergic) and not only did that put tomatoes on everything I ordered, they put extra! Couldn’t even get a refund because they don’t offer them anymore. Wonder why.
I ordered the soft taco meal and asked for no tomatoes and quite honestly it looks like they gave me extra tomatoes. Its like this on my crunchwrap too. Every time I come here, there's always something wrong with my order but when I went through the driveway this time, I saw the no refunds sign, which is ridiculous when you mess up orders this badly and frequently.

It has always been up and down with visits to this local taco bell. Tonight my husband and I went for a quick meal and was pleasantly suprised with excellent service. From the man taking our order to the food to the lady cleaning tables. It was refreshing to see it run as it should be. Hoping it will be consistently like this. Thank you to the staff on duty this September eve.
