Beyond the worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment in 30 years. After putting my order in, I was promised a 3-minute wait time. It turned into 20 minutes. But that was not even the worst thing. The worst thing is that every 5 minutes when I checked on wait time, they told me it would be "another 2 minutes" (a lie), and management (who was standing right there) did nothing about it. In fact, management chastised me for questioning the turn time, when what the manager should have done was coach the employees to not promise "3 minutes" to every customer. Many customers all around me were getting angry. One woman even told me that she had been waiting 30 minutes and that every 5 minutes she would be told "2 more minutes". When I engaged one of the workers to question the stone-walling, the manager interrupted and instructed the employee to not speak to me, right in front of me. JACKIE AND TIFFANY (whose names I got from another irate customer), you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are not managers and you should not be in that position. That is not how a manager behaves. Auntie Anne's: I was one of MANY angry people today. Please do something about this horrific customer service. I see many other people left 1 star reviews. I would give zero if I could. Auntie Anne's, why havent you fired the managers at this point? All you do is have your AI post a note with an 800 or 877 number telling livid customers to call. Do you think we have time for that? You know what the issue is and a phone call isnt going to help it. Please replace your managers or you will continue getting this feedback. Auntie Anne's used to be a nice established. Its gone completely down the drain. P.S. I am not a "thug" complaining, and I dont complain unless something is egregious. I am an attorney and astonished by the horrific customer service I received today.

15 minutes on 1 customer with 3 people working. All 3 employees on tonight around 7:30pm need speed and efficiency training cause the blonde with glasses was confused when she/he handed a customer a wrong order and just stood around while their other two coworkers also acted confused. Moves way too slow and always has a backed up line while both Wetzel's can have you in and out in 5 minutes even with a line.

Jaiden B is miserable with no customer service! Hire people that actually want to work! Why does it feel like I’m bothering them??? Not a welcoming establishment. Pretzels were disgust also. Pepperoni nuggets were soggy with no pepperonis on them only at the bottom of the cup?? The Cinnamon pretzel was hard as a rock. Waste of $13! Wetzel pretzel is way better.

Waited almost 30 minutes patiently. I didn’t have any issues I understand they were busy and they told me they’d call my name out once it was ready. I heard a name similar to mine and walked up, the workers were just staring and holding bags and another customer came up and got a bag so I assumed it wasn’t my name. After a while a bunch of other customers got their orders so I went up and ask about mine, the girl said she didn’t see the order and said that the pretzels were being made so I was fine with that and I guess she asked about my order and I heard them say it was on top of the oven. Then an older lady came up to me and said “we’ve been calling your name over and over and left it there to keep it hot.” Not once did I hear anyone call my name for my order. Like I said I don’t mind the wait but her attitude was awful and I did not like how she responded to me. I was very respectful, the attitude was uncalled for.

Waited in a line for twenty minutes just for somebody at the register to call out right as they finished up the person in front of me. It was fine by me in all honesty, I get the feeling, until somebody else told me that there was only one line being served and that I’d have to go to the back of that line, which already started piling up. I love Auntie Anne’s but the service was awful

Rude customer service, go to wetzel’s pretzels instead. Even if it is it 30 mins before closing they will still treat you like a human being. The worker with red/black ombré short hair needs to be re trained immediately! 1/10 experience!

The food is delicious but the woman who serves is very despotic, she doesn't know how to treat the customer. I was going to buy something but an elderly lady was ahead of me and the lady was going to order and when she didn't hurry up she told her to go to the screen and order whatever she wanted but with a very bad attitude. The lady didn't order anything anymore and I didn't buy anything either. I took my mother to the store next door and we bought a delicious orange juice and the best thing is that it's natural. ♥️

Where's the sugar??Penny pinching on the sugar for the cinnamon sugar pretzels is beyond me. I go to any other place to get some else where, they are covered in sugar.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. When a customer ask for something on the menu, then says they can wait for a fresh one and then to be told by a shake of the managers head they won’t make any is crazy to me. At least Wetzel Pretzel offered to make one the wait was 10 mins. In night disappointed in this location. Lost a customer on this one.
Very rude customer service. I promote everybody getting a fair pay but in cases like this people like that don't deserve a good pay if they're not will to be polite to their customers who pay their salaries. After he was rude then he asked for a tip that was funny at the best. I laughed all the way out to my car thinking about that.
