The food is good, but a lot of issues with pick up and marketing. It’s a fine bagel place. Besides it’s already incredibly over priced. But, they try to scam customers by telling them on food apps everyone is included… it’s not. I went to pay for a meat bagel with cheese and meat included on u er eats… they then added over a dollar for cheese and over 4 dollars for meat that was SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED. Seems like they depend on people making mistakes. Which we have before. Although the food is good enough, it’s not good enough for the prices or the scale they do on apps. You also can’t customize your 15 dollar bagel either, which is a joke. I’m happy to spend 100 dollars on a quality meal or more. But, the false advertising should be illegal.
It’s a bagel nothing extraordinary and it’s not like a true New York bagel. It was delicious nonetheless. I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. This is for all bagel joints in Md … why is the cream cheese all melted and liquidity when immediately eat it upon receiving it? I ate this in my car parked outside of Bagels N Grinds and this damn liquid leaked out of my bagel and all over my shirt and seatbelt. In NYC, the cream cheese stays thick and they’re more generous with the cream cheese. Don’t know what the magic is to have the cream cheese THICK
And not liquid in the 5 seconds it took to unwrap and bite into it
Amazing bagels!
Ordered a cappuccino and a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese. The regular cappuccino was a pretty big size, and was nice and frothy, not bitter but good flavor; honestly better than I expected for a place that does not specialize in coffee. The bagel was delicious, perfect chewy NY bagel texture. They put on a lot of cream cheese for my taste, but I won’t complain about generosity in this economy. Everyone working was super friendly and service was fast.
As other reviews mention, there is limited 2h parking. There were 30min spots open but I expected to sit awhile, so I parked in the hotel garage. Because I was there less than 2h, it was free and I was only charged a $0.99 service fee, which I was fine with.
The food was great! I had the tuna melt on everything wheat bagel and all I have been dreaming of since I tried it is how I need to go back. Service was fantastic, I ordered to go and got both my order of cafe latte (Great taste also) and my melt delivered to me where I sat waiting for my order. Atmosphere was good also as they have sitting both inside and outside. I will definitely be returning
First time customer, driving through

Hope to stop again next time around 👐
Always awesome. Great staff and consistently delicious!
My sandwich was delish …
The Club.. I added egg and took the ham of.
Thank you
The bagels are A+ I would order more often except the app is not convenient to use. A lot of glitches.
As someone who grew up on Long Island I'm always leary of places that claim to have NY Bagels.
I look forward to coming back and trying different flavors of bagels in the future!

The blueberry bagel turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich was the best I ever had from anywhere else. You can definitely tell a difference in freshness with their quality than others places. Smoothies were great. The cashier was amazing with answering questions since it was my first time there. Was a bit hesitant with the fact that the sausage is cooked in the eggs but eating it you would not tell a difference. They were really busy so it was understandable that we had to clean our space to sit a bit. After the rush I saw employees coming to clean the sitting area. Would recommend!

Unable to find sufficient vegetarian and vegan options via the menu. Yes, going to a coffee shop I largely can't eat (bagel x hummus the exception) makes me a single issue reviewer. The employees were knowledgeable and courteous.
