Sent a custom photo cake order 2 weeks before my daughter's birthday. I show up on my schedule day and time for pick up with my email confirmation and they tell me they never received my order. I don't understand how something so simple slips through the cracks like that.

Great Customer Service by all employees, specially Krishna! She is awesome and always goes out of her way to provide great service. Most of the time I order a black coffee and a 3 scoop pistachio sundae and when I pull up at the drive thru to place my order as soonest I start speaking she already knows it's me and says hello my friend, yes! And black coffee and 3 scoop sundae! Lol..she is great! An asset to your organization! Krishna, keep up the great work! Kudos!

Great customer service from only one employee— Kendra. Everyone else including manager so focused on drive thru customers that all the booths were dirty and there were no napkins in the container. Kendra’s shift had ended and with her coat on and purse in hand, she stopped to bring me napkins and clean the booth for me! This location doesn’t get a lot of foot traffic, but all of the other employees should be as committed to serving in-store customers too.

I really don't care which Baskin-Robbins you go to they're still all overpriced, there's no Rave about this anymore back in the day it was 31 flavors and they literally met that now you lucky if they have a good 15 in there, there's of the ice cream places that are better
