We visited Bonchon on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 PM and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was quiet at that time, which made for a peaceful and relaxed meal. Despite being empty, the service was absolutely spot-on—our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick with everything we needed.

Parking was easy and plentiful right outside the restaurant, and there was no shortage of seating inside either. The dining area offered a mix of regular tables, chairs, and comfortable booths. Everything was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The menu had a wide range of options, making it hard to choose—but everything we ordered turned out to be absolutely delicious. We went with a 16-piece wings combo (a mix of wings and drumsticks), an additional 4 drumsticks, and tteokbokki. The portions were very generous and super filling.

The standout was definitely the chicken. It was tender and juicy on the inside, and the batter was perfectly crisp—light and crunchy without being overwhelming. Impressively, the crispiness held up throughout the entire meal, unlike other locations we’ve tried where the batter tends to get thick and rubbery. This Bonchon location really nailed it!

We chose the soy garlic flavor, which was incredibly savory and rich. I also highly recommend the yangnyeom flavor if you’re looking for a sweet-and-spicy kick that’s flavorful without being overpowering.

We loved the food so much that we couldn’t resist ordering another 16-piece wings combo to go!

The interior of the restaurant was vibrant but not overly stimulating—just the right balance of energy and comfort. It’s a great place to relax with friends and enjoy quality Korean fried chicken and other Korean comfort foods.

Overall, this Bonchon location exceeded expectations in every way: excellent food, perfect service, and a clean, inviting environment. We’ll definitely be returning!

My biggest pet peeve is when the price goes UP the quality goes DOWN. Unfortunately that was the case here.. Haven't been in awhile, I'd often get their lunch special (which is like 5 dollars more now). But I gave it a chance off reputation alone. Big mistake..my first bite into the drumstick, there was an air pocket. A hollow bite of double fried batter with the chicken still somewhat present on the bone. And the batter wasn't even the same honestly..I definitely wouldn't take a date here, she'd pick off all the skin and that's the best part lol. They even skimped on the sauce. It's like they dipped a paint brush in some sauce brushed over it a few times on each side. Overall disappointing. I see why the ratings/reviews got worse over the years, yall did too

For $16 the Jap chai is not a lot of food. And doesn't have a lot of taste compared to other Korean restaurants. The young man at the counter was very nice but they seemed unprepared to do business. They didn't have change. Or Forks. Not sure I can recommend eating here. I can use chopsticks. So the fork wasn't a huge deal for me. But if you can't use chopsticks be prepared to use a spoon. or your hands?

Didn't give me my fountain drink until food was ready when i received my fountain drink it wad overflowing plus the drinks come in one size so I barely drunk anything. Over charging for MID food🤣🤣🤣 then the food i ordered didnt even taste good put these people out of business

This was our first time trying this place and I really wanted to like it. The taste of food seemed really good although my family spent over $70 on two meals plus an appetizer which is pretty pricy for just a to-go order. We ended up with horrible stomach issues afterwards for two days straight ( we are no strangers to “spicy” or otherwise) Not sure why but I pray they are cleanly back in the kitchen. Service wasn’t as friendly and accommodating as I wished either. I’ve been recommended by friends to try this place but unfortunately I don’t see us returning.

A bit pricey but good! The Japchae lacked flavor I was expecting from previous experiences with Japchae but the Bulgogi fries & the Korean Street corn was super yummy! Food was decently quick, probably about 10-20 minutes. Very filling. Definitely want to go back to try the wings, pictures all over the interior make them look super yummy!

Food quality of this franchise has dropped drastically or this specific location is not following standards. The restaurant is freezing cold which ruins the entire experience. I’m inside the restaurant freezing with my food. It’s literally as cold as it is outside that even the employees are wearing winter jackets indoors. What a terrible experience and waste of money.
