Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Returning

Upon arrival, our family—including our 2-year-old daughter—was seen by two waiters who made eye contact with us but then immediately left the area without acknowledging or assisting us. After standing there confused, I approached a waitress who coldly informed me that we had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was clearly not busy, with only a few visible customers, so the delay made no sense.

We waited patiently for 15 minutes, in full view of this waitress, who made no further effort to assist us. When we asked again to be seated or served, she approached aggressively and told us to seat ourselves. This directly contradicted what she initially said.
To make matters worse, she insulted my mother-in-law during this interaction, which was witnessed by the shift manager. The manager came over, acknowledged what happened, and kindly offered to serve us personally. However, by then, the damage was done. The service, attitude, and complete disregard for basic hospitality had already shattered our trust in the establishment—especially compared to the excellent experiences we’ve had at other branches.

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've ever had.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. We will not be returning.

My family and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings at Arundel Mills Mall yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the dining area had no customers and the bar had about 4 customers seated. We noticed two employees sitting in one of the booths. We approached them to ask if we could dine in, and one of the employees, who identified herself as a server, told us to “hold on.”

We waited about 15 minutes without any update, so we asked again how much longer it would be. At that point, the server told us it was self-seating. We were frustrated because that could have been communicated to us right away instead of letting us stand and wait. When we expressed this, she gave us attitude and even told us we could go somewhere else. Things escalated when she shockingly insulted my mother, calling her a derogatory name.

A shift supervisor eventually came over to speak with us, but by then the damage was done, and we no longer wanted to dine there. The way we were treated was unacceptable, especially the disrespect shown toward my family.

stood near the cash register for ten minutes. No one came up and asked how they could be of help. They missed a client who could have left $100

I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I especially appreciate my server, Sharon. She was genuinely so sweet and made the whole experience better. She didn’t forget anything, served all good hot, and provided us the best service I’ve seen in a while. Otherwise, food was good and place is nice for fun.

Great server, very nice and HILARIOUS waiter, good food and great service. I think his name was Khari? It was Khari. He’s a great young man and very good at his job, five stars!

Our server, Tyson, left his trash on my friend’s plate and refused to take it when I stated the rude and impoliteness. His response was “Well, I’m taking that trash so …” but left all trays, dishes, silverware, etc. on the table during the entire dinner.

Looking around - perhaps in the evening they don’t care to proactively remove dishes throughout customers’ meal as I saw dishes piling up on other tables.

No sportsmanship - just delegation.
i.e. “Can the paper towels in the women’s bathroom be restocked” is met with “I’ll get someone else to do that”.

I have had the pleasure of visiting being my first time in maryland . The atmosphere was very clean and respectful with the pleasure and wonderful of my waiter Khari did a great job making a fun experience for me and my family

I came to this location on 8/17/25. My server was Khari and I just have to say he is a fantastic server, the attention he showed to each of my family members, the consistency in communication and his GREAT customer service was out of this world! Thanks to him i will be visiting this location again! He did inform me he was new but i hope the next time i come in, he is in a higher position because i feel like he deserves it!

More service ever navigated actually in the door to sit down just to the front desk very disrespectful young people working there. Stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes.Waiting for someone to see us. We waited so long.I got tired and left. Is always another restaurant to spend my money in.

I would say the worst, service is really worst and weren’t welcoming , told to find a table by overselves but all the tables were having not available tag. Really a not to go place

Dominic was our server last night (8/9/25). After a long work week we decided to go out and try BWW. Dominic really made our night. He was kind, checked on us periodically but not overbearing and held great convo. Thank you!

This location deserves to be shutdown. The service is always horrible. This time I ordered in advance so I didn’t have to wait. I waited 15-20 mins for someone to acknowledge me at the takeout counter. Meanwhile servers continued to walk back and forth without speaking. I finally stopped someone to ask if someone was working the counter and he said we are busy working. They were only 2 tables seated in the dining area. My fries were ice cold.

Gabrielle was the nicest server ever. I noticed much too late that I was not in the bar seating area but the actual general seating area as I showed up to watch the UFC fights and picked the table closest to the TVs that were showing it. Luckily, for me, it turned out to be her area and she was incredibly nice. She went out of her way to be exceptionally helpful too. This is my first time coming to this location And she definitely insured I would be a repeat customer.
