Cauliflower wings weren’t as good as they’ve been in the past. Service was ok but a little pushy. Atmosphere was nice but then again I went in the afternoon when no one was around.

If I could give 0 stars and it counted I would. Ordered take out and received a very disappointing order. The chicken and fries were really old, cold, & dry. They dumped seasoning for the wings with dry rub and completely left off the sauce for the other order. It was terrible and they had no one in the restaurant so they weren’t busy or anything. They were just really lazy. Complete waste!

My family and I came in on December 27, 2025. We were sitting at a table waiting for our server to come. I went to the ladies room and our waitres asked my children what would they like to drink? My children said can you get us four glasses of ice water please? Mind you my children are adults. The waitress said no because when she brings water to the table, no one drinks it. She said she has been doing this for 20 years and customers do not drink the water. 🫤 When I came back to the table they told me what the waitress said. The waitress came back and introduce herself and ask what would we like to drink? I said we would like four glasses of ice water please. She brought the water back with no issues. We placed our order and a few minutes later we received the wrong order. The waitress asked us was everything okay and I told her that they brought us the wrong order so she took our food back with an attitude. Someone else brought our food to us and it was right. As time went on our waitress came back and asked us are we ready for the check? I said yes and can you please bring me a to-go box? She came out and said she will think about it and I said I will think about giving you a tip! When she came back with the box and the check, she was super nice! She did not get a tip. If she didn't have an attitude or was being sarcastic at the end, then the service would not have been that bad and she would have gotten a tip. I believe her name was either Aileen or Eileen. When we were leaving, I asked another server for the manager but the manager took too long to come out so we left. We never had this issue before with customer service but the restaurant has changed in the last few years.

It's your typical sports Bar. Nice server but some requested items like carrots and celery to be added were not. And might be seasonal but the southwest ranch was also out.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. I encourage everyone not give up on BWW just stay away from this one. This was our first time visiting the Arundel location. Poor customer service, unfriendly, dirty and just plain rude. It started with the host. Today is New Year’s Day, so if you dislike your job that much “QUIT “ it’s not the guest fault you must work today. Again this is an awful location to visit. We will definitely be going back to Laurel or College Park location.

Probably the worst food you will eat. Im sitting here on the toilet as I write this.

1st off it took 10 minutes to clean off a table when so many tables wherw able to be used but they closed them for some reason. All thr tables had trash. The bathroom was disgusting.

I had a side of fries and so did another person on my table, tell my why my fries where ice cold and hers look like they just came out of the fryer. Mine where dark and soggy.

Also when we where given our food no silver where to be seen at our table.

Also we came in with 5 people and was seat at a both that only hold 4 people so I had to snag a chair and sit at the end of the table.

Waiter didn't even say anything or acknowledge that it look uncomfortable.

You need some new staff and management.

10 minutes wait foe a table when its not busy is wild.

Puddles of pee in the men's room when its not busy is wild.

I suggest not going here and spend your time at dave and busters or the other sports bar next to this b dubs.

Or just go to the Annapolis one. Way better and nicer

I got incorrectly charged. As they charged me twice for my dinner and never corrected it. So I am out an extra 45 dollar. A second round of beers was brought out before asking us. The food was cold and the order was messed up. The waiter was no where to be seen half the time and forgot all utensils so we had to wait to eat our already cold food.

I ordered 10 mild wings, but only 9 wings were included in my order. I also ordered a cookie skillet dessert. Instead of receiving the dessert properly, I was given a cardboard box containing melted ice cream, which spilled all over me. The cookie itself was soggy and inedible.

I called the restaurant immediately to report the issue and explained that this was the second time this week I placed an order and did not receive the correct number of wings. Earlier this week, I also placed an order where I did not receive ice cream at all, as I was told the location was out.

During my call regarding this most recent order, I spoke with a manager at the Arundel Mills location. Rather than addressing the issue, she blamed me for not checking my food before leaving, repeatedly argued, and would not allow me to speak. She also stated that she would not issue a refund.

during a visit to Arundel Mills Buffalo wild wings today and due to a majority of the restaurant being closed for an event later in the day seating in a bar was the only option however none of the five available tables were cleaned and all have the remains from the previous customer left on them. When asked if a table could be made available, the waitress confirmed that we would have to wait several minutes. After around 5 to 8 minutes, there were no staff in the restaurant to follow up with and none of the tables had even begun to be cleared to make room for other guests. very disappointing and a real shame. Ourselves and several other customers did not stay due to the unavailability of tables.

Buffalo Wild Wings at Arundel Mills is your classic sports bar hangout spot – loud, lots of TVs, and very wing-focused. It’s a solid choice if you just want to grab some wings, a drink, and watch whatever game is on without overthinking it.

The menu is what you’d expect: traditional and boneless wings with a bunch of sauces, plus burgers, wraps, and bar snacks. When the kitchen is on its game, the wings come out hot with decent flavor and the beer is cold, which is really all you need for a casual game-night spot.

Overall, it works if you’re already at the mall, want to watch sports, and are craving wings, but it wouldn’t be the first choice with so many better options right around the corner. If you go, stick to wings and drinks and keep expectations in “chain sports bar” territory.

I ordered the queso with chili here. It came out very cold and watery. I told my waiter Dominic after 15 minutes of waiting on him to get his attention. He then proceeded to walk away and come back with a half full bowl of queso filled with so much pico! I then asked for the manger Dominic said it was the manger who made the new queso… IM SORRY the manager made the queso??? Yall don’t have cooks??? The manager Omar came out and denied making anything! And apologized and took the item off the bill. Just said all of this to say the service sucks here just as much as the food.
