This mall location has decided not to sell food items à la cart anymore. You must purchase a full meal if you want to eat. The staff is always great and friendly. Food is always hot with fresh ingredients. Be nice if Burger King started using shredded lettuce and sliced their onions thinner. Also would be helpful if sandwiches weren’t smashed inside the wrapper.

Gm George is a sweetheart , we've never had issues with burger king until today .......... our daughters food was okay, my food was okay my partners food was the issue he ordered the original chicken sandwich he looked me I saw the bread said uh uh go get a refund or something which they did but the reaction was oh yea we will give your money back like no sense of urgency with looking over meals was very little concerned from his eyes.

They don't handle mobile orders very well. After I had placed mine standing in front of the counter I watched as 5 people who were still in line waiting to order get their food and leave. I finally complained and only then did they start preparing my order.
