I'm dropping my rating basically because the place has gotten really dirty. Tables are dirty, sticky and likely need to be replaced. Cleaning the bathrooms is an afterthought. Good good but pickup and go.

I recently had an issue with my order at Cava, and Angelli handled it wonderfully. After discussing the situation with her manager, she took initiative and quickly corrected the mistake, ensuring everything was made right. Her leadership in resolving the issue, along with her politeness and friendliness, really stood out. Every time I visit, out of all the workers there, Angelli greets everyone with a warm smile, and her positive attitude reflects great leadership qualities. I love this place and this location specifically. The assembly line where they make the bowls and pota wraps is always clean and wiped. Tables are always cleaned. The drink area is always stocked and organized. 10/10.
Favorite place, this place has great food and the vibe inside is perfect to eat in. Love the variety of choices. The price doesn't seem set and it fluctuate everytime I order but the food and service is outstanding.

I went in to pick up the online order I placed, it wasn’t on the shelves so I waited. The girl at the front counter saw me waiting, asked what I wanted and when I didn’t hear her the first time she got a nasty attitude with me. I have hearing loss. Train your staff better.
