I'm dropping my rating basically because the place has gotten really dirty. Tables are dirty, sticky and likely need to be replaced. Cleaning the bathrooms is an afterthought. Good good but pickup and go.
I recently had an issue with my order at Cava, and Angelli handled it wonderfully. After discussing the situation with her manager, she took initiative and quickly corrected the mistake, ensuring everything was made right. Her leadership in resolving the issue, along with her politeness and friendliness, really stood out. Every time I visit, out of all the workers there, Angelli greets everyone with a warm smile, and her positive attitude reflects great leadership qualities. Please...
We always look for a Cava location when traveling and found this one. Very good tasty food. The staff were friendly and helpful with ordering, good recommendations also. I would eat here again on my next visit to this area.
