I love Cava but this location is dirty, the staff is unorganized but the food was good. I can’t believe how dirty the lobby, drink area and tables were. 3 of the staff stood by the register for 5 minutes while there were 4 people in line. The cook kept giving them looks as if to say go wait on the customers.
Had such a great dining experience at the Cava in Hanover. The food was great and the service was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming ! Great staff and great food!
More healthy options (brussel sprouts, greens, hummus, falafel, etc) than Chipotle but also more costly. Someone had the falafel which was really good, crispy outside and moist inside. The dill and saffron offerings were a nice option. Rice was cooked too wet though and then they slather sauce on top. Service seemed indifferent. Downside is they rang me up for extra chicken (+$3) even though I didn't request it. A basic greens and rice with chicken at Chipotle would...
