love it here, i’m just confused as to why they all wear masks but no one wears them correctly except maybe one person

The steak & cheese was very bland not what I’m use to. The nastiest cheese steak I have encountered. Nasty

Every time I eat here, the food is always good and fresh so that’s a plus 👍

We ordered wings and French fries using Uber Eats and I wouldn't recommend this place, wings had no flavor and they put like 10 fries in the box 🤣

We order from her frequently and the food is always good and fresh... Not sure what happened tonight. The bacon was clearly old (that grease dried grease was visible on the bacon), there was more mayo on the outside of the bun than the inside, and the meat for the Philly was smacked right in the middle of the sandwich, not even spread out.. Very disappointed in our favorite restaurant.. Tried to ask for th to be remade, and I was brushed off and in the end, didn't even want to risk getting it remade. Hopefully we can go back one day when the attitude and service is good.

The original cheesesteaks here are so delicious. The fries and mozzarella sticks are also very good. The service is quick and the prices are reasonable.

I ordered a LARGE cheese steak and they didn’t add extra meat. Basically the same amount of meat for the regular size, just made the sub longer.
But the flavor was good atleast. Wouldn’t get the large again. Waste of money.

No straw, no ranch I paid 60c extra for, asked for no mushrooms and got mushrooms.

I was very disappointed when I ordered regular fries and ask can I get mayo and lettuce put on my fries and the guy told me no. I then asked I can't get it on the side he said no I told him nevermind I don't want anything. Even if he would have try me extra I wouldn't have minded but to tell the customer no isn't good customer service.

I place the order with my apps reward, the cashier and manager both don’t know how to redeem. Excuse me? How the manager doesn’t know redeem the reward? And keep asking me your reward is not working, he doesn’t know the code at the bottom of the apps. And he is super unfriendly. Third, after I paid he gives me wrong order ( drink sprite instead of water) I am highly not recommended here, clearning, serivce all are not recommended.

Guys, I discovered Philly's special sandwich - The special of the day, because I like the opportunities to discover new things. The snack came out very quickly, it's delicious. Delicious bread, meat also with seasoning and salad and accompanied by fries. A large meal at a low price. I loved the experience. As it is located in the food court, there is plenty of space available.
