Twice I've ordered a large fry and they only fill the carton up half way. They put the sauce on top of the fries to try and mask half filling it up. Weird cost-cutting mechanism.

Post-lunch service was extremely slow for some reason. Spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru before reaching the window with no team members available until the last few minutes. Certainly not quick or efficient service.
