Went at lunch time on a workday! Staff was like a well oiled machine. SO FAST! This is a very busy area and they were prepared for it. Great job!

The food was great, like it always is. There was a mix up on whether I ordered and/or they added extra meat to my burrito. Not that big of a deal but it could have been avoided if they were focusing on exactly what they were doing on the serving line.

This location is a joke. When I asked for rice the girl barely put a full scoop in. When I asked for more, she just stared at me with a full container of rice behind her, like I was bothering her to turn around and get the next bowl that she was going to have to do anyway. Then, when I got steak, the next girl put 5 pieces in the bowl. I get that when you get “extra” meat you are charged more, which is fine, but they charged me more for asking for the standard portion. I work in food service myself but I just don’t understand what the problem is with this specific location.

I ordered Chipotle for delivery and they forgot an entire meal. This left one of my children without food, and all they did was refund the missing item — no effort to make the situation right. There was no offer to re-deliver, and no additional discount or gesture to make up for their mistake. As a large corporate business, Chipotle should do better in handling errors and ensuring their customers are taken care of.

So I went it for lunch and the food was very fresh and flavorful, however as I went into the beverage area there was an extremely foul odor which was drawing me to be concerned because that’s a serious health violation if you are serving people food they need to work on that.

I placed a pick up order for chips and guacamole as a treat for myself. When I picked up my food, the employees were pleasant but when I opened my bag, the guacamole was disgustingly brown. I asked if they could replace it and they said all of their guacamole was like that. I went on the app to try to get a refund (their food isn’t cheap!) and it wouldn’t let me. Do not go to this location. It’s the worst one in the area. I was a fool for thinking they couldn’t mess up something as simple as guac and chips.

Guy at the 1st station said no sour cream. there was still about 6 ounces of sour cream left so i asked if i could have a little bit of sour cream. The other employee then asked me: “Why do you like sour cream so much?!”, and scooped it. Never been asked why i like a food by a minimum wage worker. Then the first guy who said “no sour cream” went over to my table as soon as i sat down, began brooming, and asked me to move my chair. I said no, I’m eating right now. He then asked me to stand up lol??? I moved because im not gonna eat shoe dust.
