Chipotle Mexican Grill

honestly i been trying to call for 15+ minutes and have gotten no response at all to ask about a ring that may have been lost at this location . Online it says they are still open and will be open till 11. on top of that i went to this location around 4:30 today and the food was cold, they gave me the wrong meat , and i honestly have never had this horrible of a bowl in my life from a chipotle and the fact you guys didn’t answer the call even though it was before closing just makes it hard for me to ever want to go back.

Since posting my original review, no one has been able to help me. I have still not been able to speak with the general manager at this location, and Chipotle Cares has been a nightmare, offering no real assistance or resolution. Instead of issuing a refund, the manager charged my card again, and I ultimately left the store with no food while being charged twice. Which was done intentionally and on purpose, the manger name was apparently “Ana” which could be a fake name , you can’t talk to anyone ! An actual real person, I am still out of my money and now have to dispute the charges with my bank. This entire situation has been handled very poorly and remains unresolved.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle today.

After placing my order, the cashier forgot to put my son’s chicken bowl in the bag. I didn’t realize this until I got home, which meant I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store with my two younger children in the car. This mistake was not due to anything I did there was no wrong order placed, no special request confusion, nothing on my end.

When I returned and politely explained the situation, I asked if my food could be remade since it was now cold from the long drive back. The employee at the register refused and said, “No, I’m not making it over. I threw it in the trash and I’ll make that one over.” There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and she was giggling while I was explaining the situation to the manager, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The manager came over, and while I explained that I had wasted gas, time, and had my children with me late at night due to their employee’s mistake, there was still no empathy or accountability shown. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my kids.

Mistakes happen but how they are handled matters. A simple apology, compassion, and basic customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated as if my inconvenience didn’t matter at all.

This experience was unacceptable, and because of it, I will never return to this Chipotle location. I have never been treated this way at any other restaurant. What I asked for was reasonable, and the lack of professionalism and sympathy was shocking.

I'm biased because I have an unabashed love for Chipotle.🖤🖤 Seriously, I'm unpacking with my therapist why I dig it so much. Anyway I digest... However, the staff here was very friendly and accommodating for request for putting the hot sauce and tomato on the side. So I definitely recommend next stopping by this one.

I came as part of the BOGO promotion on 12/13. This Chipotle did not disappoint. The food was fresh and the quantity was good. I must say I took a break from Chipotle because the quality and consistency was terrible.

Staff is efficient, but not particularly friendly. Busy enough where food is usually very fresh. The only real issue is the people that stand outside the door and harass people regularly to give them money/buy junk. They tend to ask on the way in & out at the Arundal Mills location

Even the bathrooms are Clean and they have Friendly staff.

This is the second time this week my food was stolen by the DOORDASH DRIVER and chipotle only offered me a free drink DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY chipotle and door dash blames each other and neither is giving a refund! I just want my money back I spent $24 including delivery fee 👎

You get a decent amount of decent food for your money. Most of the time, I'd pick Chipotle over other fast service chains.
