Bathrooms not clean and persons lying across the bench in the dining room. Queso was lukewarm when asked if more was being prepared she stated no with no follow up as to if any would be prepared anytime soon. Did I mention she said it very pleasantly and innocently couldn’t even be upset about it :)!

I was a frequent customer until I found a piece of plastic in my burrito bowl.
Worst chipotle ever. Don’t go, don’t waste your money. Unpalatable food, Bad service and dirty place. Seriously worst restaurant ever. If I can give zero star, this is the place

Very dirty. Make you wait in line even though you have a pickup order that is ready to go. Not sure if the employees were having a bad day but very rude.

I made an online purchase for 4 with extras that added up to $120. When it was delivered, every order was wrong. Even the cheese quesadillas were wrong, they added chicken. I wanted to try the limited time brisket burrito bowl. I still would like to try it. My bowl came with fajita vegetables and extra pico de gallo, but no meat. My daughter, who actually ordered a vegetarian bowl got chicken on hers. My wife who asked for no rice seemed to have extra helpings of rice piled on her bowl. It was wrong in every way. Whoever they have working their online orders is incapable of reading, or simply doesn’t care about their job. I gave it a 2 star for the food because the food itself is quality, just not what anyone actually ordered.

I have never been so stressed out while having lunch, the noise in the restaurant is EXTREMELY LOUD and uncomfortable, I can barely talk to another person, this should be illegal!

I ordered a veggie bowl through the app, my bowl wasn’t filled properly. I am a vegetarian and upon eating my bowl I discovered a piece of meat in side the bottom as I reached near the end. I don’t understand how that is possible as everything is in separate containers and if they can’t maintain meats separate from veggies and cheese then this is a huge deal for people who don’t want meat in their food. I tried reporting both online and through the app both of which were of no use to me. The restaurant staff themselves were too busy to listen when I was waiting in line to pick up my order. I would avoid this location.

The servers wear gloves but those gloves touch the non-clean plastic bags that they store the tortillas in. Those gloves also touch the dirty counter a lot. They also touch people's food.
I watched a server walk to another area to get a food item, bring the item back, then reach into the shredded cheese to stuff some on customers' servings. All while wearing the same gloves.
They lean over customers' food to reach for
items further away but their aprons are filthy. One server's apron actually touched a customer's food. Two other customers also witnessed this but none of us said anything then.
After I paid, I asked for the manager. The young woman was very dismissive and shrugged her shoulders when I mentioned that they should be changing the gloves more frequently.
Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. I will not be eating the food I bought from this Chipotle. This is my last time ordering anything from them.
*Adding that I got a one-time so-called feedback request from Chipotle soon after my initial review, but it's near impossible to get in touch with anyone or to document anything regarding the complaint. This is important. They responded once online as if they really take customer feedback to heart, but that is a ruse.
Chipotle does not care about your experience in their stores unless there is a large number of people watching a situation or if the customers experiences leads into serious legal consideration.

This is "still" one of the good chipotle locations, in comparison with the ones I visited recently. Though the employees still need motivation to be respectful, the food was good here.

I wish I could give them negative star. It is the worst Chipotle I have even been. I was missing my items and they messed up my every single bowl and the amount of the food was insane. These people are irresponsible for sure.

Where do I even start???
We stopped in for dinner the other night. The service was rude and crappy. While our food may have been good and hit the spot, the level of service we recieved was horrible. We went up to order and asked for kids quesadillas. At first she said no quesadillas, to which I had to question, kids meals too? She said, oh no you can get a kids quesadilla. Let's be clear, there is no 'outage' or 'shortage' of tortillas or cheese, you'll are just lazy and don't want to make people quesdillas. My children are ordering their meals and the employees talk so low and music is too loud, so I had to repeat every questions for my 3 kids. Then they are rushing my husband and I to make our meal, what do you want, what do you want on you bowl, etc. I had to tell the first person to chill and give me a minute while I help my children. When it is my turn, I had to ask for more rice, since my bowl had about 1/2 a scoop. Then I had to ask for my meat, since he had already moved it pass the meat section. I had to repeat all my toppings since they weren't listening and ready to give me a bowl with rice, beans and veggies.
Not only was the service rude, but the place was a freaking disaster. Food, crumbs, trash all over the floor and tables. Yes, customers should pick up after themsleves, and it completely rude for a customer to leave their trash as well. They were empty when we walked in at 7P. If you are empty and have 5 people on the line and 4 prepping in the kitchen. One of those people can get a broom and sweep.
I know I'm not the only person who thinks this, but Chiptole has gone down hill quick. While our food was good, the service was rude and crappy. We won't be coming back.
