Smells terrible inside and workers are rude as heck

Extremely understaffed in the evening when the store is at its busiest. Staff is rude and don’t seem like they know what they are doing which is probably a result of the bad management within the store that also can’t properly staff the store on weekend nights.

Customer service was horrible, I got cussed at by one of the workers and received numerous amount of attitude

Ordered a smoothie, super disappointing. It wasn't smooth at all, just chunky ice flakes. Not supposed to be that way. Not delicious.

Same here I’ve notice the smell and it’s getting worse. Also the bathroom are always trash.

This location is supposed to close at 11. We got there at 10:47 just for a quick run. The doors were locked and they were not letting anyone in. There were people standing outside when we got there as well. One worker came to the door and said they were closed and that the manager said they were no longer severing. We asked why they closed before their closing time and they said they were already prepping for the next day. Why are they prepping for the next day before the actual closing time? Shouldn’t they have stopping serving ice cream at 11 and then clean up and prep after closing time? Trying to go home early probably. As we were inquiring, more customers were coming to get some ice cream too since it was not yet 11. The manager ended up coming to the door saying they had turned off all their machines and the ice cream was melted. Mind you, it still was not 11. None of us were angry or irate but just very confused as to how they can just decide they want to close more than 10 mins early, especially on a Saturday night. Im sure they should not be doing that.

This place is disgusting! Smells horrible guy though nobody could see him not using gloves handling the chocolate bars noticed me watching and tried to hurry to get gloves blown walked straight out!

Can’t even open at the advertised time! Try a different one (Columbia or Crofton).

The ice cream and flavors are amazing but every time I order a waffle cone is stale which ruins the whole texture. The place looks alright not too clean but not too dirty.
Also something surprising to me was to find out that the owner takes the tips.

Whenever I order delivery, they ALWAYS forget part of my order. Even after I write to remember it on the notes section. For 6 mix-ins, they barely put any mix-ins. Don’t do delivery.

I should’ve just listened to the rest of the reviews because this ice cream cold stone is terrible like is it even nice cream ?. I don't know if this is usually run by Indians since I always see Indian people running these places but this is just wack if you want something good go to sweet frog or the crepe escape. Bad taste bad texture this is the worst place ever bye.

Showed up at 10:55, 5 minutes before they closed, and I was told I couldn’t get toppings. They called their manager and he said the same thing. If it’s a policy, then please make it clear that after a certain time, you cannot get toppings. Drove all the way there for nothing. Not sure if the owner knows, but the staff doesn’t appear to have the customer or the store’s best interest at heart.

Went to the location at around 9pm with a couple of friends staff was nice, and wanted to leave a tip with the electronic payment, but the guys working there said all tips that go threw that go to the owner not them, and that is utterly bullshit.
Who ever own this location better be giving all the tips to the people that work here.
