They gave me the worst quality (Founder’s Favorite) Ice cream yesterday night. The icream was stale, too old, had a bad smell and hard like a rock that we cannot even eat it. I am trying to call them ever since, today as well to return this stale ice cream to them and get back my refund. But they have shut down their phone services. I am awaiting response and my refund for this asap, else I am going to report it to Maryland Health and consumer forum.

Poor customer service, “Haney” the lady that served the ice cream put nothing in it. Waste of $10. I didn’t realize the reviews were so bad! I should’ve looked before. Avoid location. 0/10.

The worker was friendly enough but the ice cream was garbage. I got it to go so I didn’t notice how bad it looked til I got back to my hotel. I got Oreo crème with brownie and KitKat and the KitKats were basically cut in half and the brownie was barely mixed. The ice cream itself looked curdled and didn’t taste good. I’ve never had a bad experience with other cold stones in the past but this place sucked. I threw out most of it

By the looks of the reviews, they dont care about this location. Ordered ice cream through door dash...no mix ins on top of the new ice cream taco AND they jipped me by putting my medium size ice cream in a small cup and putting that inside the medium cup. Will not be ordering from this location anymore especially since ice now also read the reviews.

Has ownership changed? I use to always come to this location. Ive never seen ice cream sooooo dry an fall apart when scooped. Ice cream looked like it had been sitting for days.

Might not want to have your employee eating a McDonald's cheeseburger sitting on the counter with her back towards me when I come in for an online order pickup. Pretty rude

Smells terrible inside and workers are rude as heck

Extremely understaffed in the evening when the store is at its busiest. Staff is rude and don’t seem like they know what they are doing which is probably a result of the bad management within the store that also can’t properly staff the store on weekend nights.

Customer service was horrible, I got cussed at by one of the workers and received numerous amount of attitude

Ordered a smoothie, super disappointing. It wasn't smooth at all, just chunky ice flakes. Not supposed to be that way. Not delicious.

Same here I’ve notice the smell and it’s getting worse. Also the bathroom are always trash.

This location is supposed to close at 11. We got there at 10:47 just for a quick run. The doors were locked and they were not letting anyone in. There were people standing outside when we got there as well. One worker came to the door and said they were closed and that the manager said they were no longer severing. We asked why they closed before their closing time and they said they were already prepping for the next day. Why are they prepping for the next day before the actual closing time? Shouldn’t they have stopping serving ice cream at 11 and then clean up and prep after closing time? Trying to go home early probably. As we were inquiring, more customers were coming to get some ice cream too since it was not yet 11. The manager ended up coming to the door saying they had turned off all their machines and the ice cream was melted. Mind you, it still was not 11. None of us were angry or irate but just very confused as to how they can just decide they want to close more than 10 mins early, especially on a Saturday night. Im sure they should not be doing that.

This place is disgusting! Smells horrible guy though nobody could see him not using gloves handling the chocolate bars noticed me watching and tried to hurry to get gloves blown walked straight out!

Can’t even open at the advertised time! Try a different one (Columbia or Crofton).
