Copper Canyon Grill

Familiar with the type of restaurant due to eating in the past at Stanford Grill. Celebrated a birthday so wanted a bit more “upscale” atmosphere & dining. Initially seated at a table near the kitchen but asked to move. Seated at a half booth & regular chairs-not the most comfortable but we dealt with it. Our server was upbeat & proficient in her tasks. Varied menu including “comfort foods” with large, tasty portions. Desserts were huge! Definitely recommend giving the place a try!

Cooper Canyon is a great place for a classy date night or to have drinks at the bar. The food is good and there's typically live music on weekend evenings. I've dined here several times and the service is usually great. Last night was the first time I had a server that prioritized efficiency over friendliness. For example she didn't share the evening specials; didn't smile; seemed in a hurry to get to other tables and had us searching for her to get our check. This won't prevent me from returning. The only reason I don't frequent Cooper Canyon more often is the menu never changes. It would be great if the menu changed once a year or added and they added and subtracted a few items seasonally.

Excellent service but my steak was cooked well done when I ordered med-med well. The restaurant provides a free dessert for the error but never provided the option of a new steak.

Beautiful atmosphere! Jazz band playing 10/10! Phenomenal staff, very efficient, real pros. Open Kitchen so you can see the magic. Amazing lighting, very mood setting. Dominique at the bar was perfection NO NOTES! Top tier, top shelf all around yes!!!!

Amazing food and even better service!

I went for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Tee was an awesome server/bartender and the entire team (hostess, busser, other waiters) were great. My food order only took about 10 minutes to arrive and it was excellent and reasonably priced. I was in and out in less than an hour but never felt rushed by the team.

If you're running to Arundel Mills mall, skip the food court and stop by Copper Canyon Grill. It's only a couple of bucks more and the food and service are top-notch!

Great service great food. With our reservation we were seated right away. Then was immediately greeted offered water before our server came to the table. Food was hot and fresh, service was on point as always!!!

The experience was excellent!!! All the host were very welcoming and friendly. Our waiter Mariah was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about menu and the specials of the day. Always checked on us highly recommended her when she is there. Food was delicious the whole family enjoyed every part of our meals. The espresso martini was amazing definitely recommend that drink and watermelon martini was good too the wife enjoy that one! Definitely recommend this place! Always wanted to go and finally made it to celebrate our 11th year anniversary.

We had a Sunday 530pm reservation which was confirmed - no issues. The staff was helpful and attentive. - no issues.. The restaurant was quite chilly for my guests and the restaurant light dimmed too much even by 6pm - in my opinion. The food was average quality and I'm afraid not worth the cost. No value as I see it.

Thank you for the accommodation to move my group from the noisy kitchen. That location for seating was not pleasant. You couldn't talk over clashing plates and it's also rude to seat guest near unsightly kitchen movement. My prime rib was very dry. It looked better once you turned it over to look grilled. The presentation was not a good look. I took it home and sliced it and broiled with butter on top to give it flavor and softening. I'm not sure if someone dropped money in the lobby but ... This was my first visit. Not sure I will return.
