Copper Canyon Grill

I come to this Copper Canyon often enough and have never had a problem here. These 2 ladies are a disgrace to Copper Canyon. One name is Ashley and the other Iceice. They are the most unprofessional ladies I have encountered at this location. Iceice was my server and her presentation when she first approached me at my table was ignorance. If you are going to gossip about me at least do it where I can't hear you. She did not check on me as often as I have grown accustomed to, at this location, management had to assist me. I did not leave her a tip. Tips are not a given they are earned. I gave the tip to Tim who always display such professionalism. This is the second time for Ashley, the blalant disregard. I have spoken with management before about Ashley unprofessionalism but it continues. If these behaviors are not corrected, I will take my business elsewhere. Copper Canyon is one of my favorite places to dine. My meal as always was fantastic along with my Sangria. Thank you Copper Canyon.

I've been converted!
Tried N.Y. strip steak at restaurants twice, both bad experiences, dry/dense, so I gave up. I prefer more juicy, flavorful ribeye, sirloin or prime rib. But at a dinner seminar last night at Copper Canyon (Arundel Mills) I didn't want the salmon or cheesy chicken options, so gambled on the strip steak, trusting the restaurant's reputation. Great decision! It was moist, with a just-off-the-grill flavor, very enjoyable.
The mashed potatoes were quite tasty, though with a bit too much peel bits for me. As with most restaurants, the green beans were too al dente for my taste.
A surprising highlight of the meal was the house salad with cornbread croutons, goat cheese crumbles and spiced pecans. I'd return just for that salad!
But I finally understand why strip steak is so popular, if you can find a place like Copper Canyon that knows how to make it sing!

The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was perfect, and the management team was truly impeccable. The room we had was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for our gathering.

What stood out the most was the warmth and kindness of everyone on your staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles, attentiveness, and care. Staff members went above and beyond—greeting us throughout the evening, making us feel welcome, and even taking pictures for our family and friends, which meant so much to us.

Isis was awesome!!!!! Great trip to Copper Canyon food was delicious and service from the front door, to the server, to the management was stellar!!!

4.4 my ass. Bullet of chicken stock w/ chicken was the killer meal caveat. Sub taters for spinach. Laura, nice curly black hair lady, and ponytail bartender Jedi are a fine oiled machine. I have a crush on Laura. Yankee bar neighbor was goin' off on how spectacular the fish and chips were. No where else around BWI compares. Looking forward to trying the steak.

Great dining experience. My wife and I spent a couple of relaxing hours, never felt rushed, with the food and drinks exceptionally delicious.

We celebrated my brother's birthday here and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, the service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food was consistently solid across the table. It was an easy place to relax, enjoy good conversation, and actually celebrate without feeling rushed. A great choice for a birthday dinner or special occasion.

Service is top notch. Laura should be a waitressing teacher. Energetic, responsive, courteous, friendly, attentive and a real multitasker. The egg rolls, delicious, the ribs really do fall off the bone and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my lunch.

Food overall was very good both the prime rib and rattlesnake pasta were done well. With an upscale ambiance its a nice break.

We had a swell evening, excellent service and great food. Never any pressure to hurry along.

This was a great little steakhouse to have dinner with a friend. Everything was fantastic. I loved the prime rib and their house salad dressing. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey for what you get, and I believe that is entirely driven by the proximity to the Maryland Live! Casino.

Tim who bartends and serves, his customer service is paramount. He is consistent and I enjoy the services rendered to me every time I come to Copper Canyon. This restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat. Thank you Tim. Kudos 🎉🎉🎉🎉
