Copper Canyon Grill

The hubs and I met with some family who were visiting from out of town. I chose Copper Canyon because they offer food that caters to different palates. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and on this night there was a live band, so it was nice entertainment. The vibe was nice, and our server, Amiya, was very attentive to our needs.

Food was great. We had a 7 pm reservation but we arrived at 6:45 and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our reservation was honored a few minutes earlier than set. Service was expedient but not rushed. Excellent meal. Good waiter and food was very well done. Becoming one of our favorites...,

We dined at Copper Canyon on Easter Sunday after church. I picked my choice from the menu, however when the server gave us the specials for the day, he mentioned grilled branzino with rice and glazed carrots. I changed my mind and decided to the branzino. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The service was great, atmosphere was great...we had a wonderful time.

Alicia was a wonderful server tonight. We've dined at Copper Canyon Grill numerous times and haven't yet met her and Alicia was friendly, very attentive and polite. Wonderful meal, as always!

Copper Canyon Grill is a classic: the food is delish and plentiful, the vibe is hip and classy, the service is friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with the chicken pot pie, crab cake or rotisserie chicken salad. Start with the zingy guac and save room for a giant slice of key lime pie! Laura O was super busy today, but made time to great care of us!

The atmosphere was comfortable — a great balance between casual and polished, perfect for a relaxing midday meal. The food was outstanding. I ordered [insert your dish here — e.g., the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes], and it was cooked to perfection — flavorful, juicy, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. My husband and I went for dinner and had Daniel as our server. He was great and his service was probably one of the best parts of the dining experience. Food was pretty good. I ordered the trout as my entree and it wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot either, I ate it without saying anything. Both sides to that entree were hot. Didn't quite understand the musicians playing in the lobby area either.

Our waitress was outstanding, absolutely wonderful. I ordered the Salmon which was pretty good. I'll definitely go back. Very clean restaurant

Great place to go for a nice meal. Great friendly staff, nice atmosphere with live background music for dinner. Desserts are all amazing and made daily. Nice place to make a go to hang out spot.

Great food, portions looked like for people, meatloaf is delicious ,salmon also very good and the crabcakes are delicious also, we loved it
