After being a Exec member over a decade, I think it may be time to call it quits. The customer service here is awful. After 20 minutes waiting in return line, they say you have to return at hearing aid. So walk over and guess what? Conveniently closed. Be cautious. Their return policy used to be great, but not so much these days. Definitely think twice before joining or before buying something you are unsure about

Not my go to Costco by any means but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in for the few items I needed. I found what I was looking for. Parking wasn't terrible. This location is smaller than my usual one in Beltsville. Employees are friendly and helpful. I won't go out of my way to come back but I'm glad it's here!

Costco employees in Arundel mills location are just RUDE. They need to learn what customer service means! I ask for help for scanning at self check out and this costco employee was rude, yelling that he is busy!!! not just to me but at another customer too. Another costco employee had to intervene because this African American employee was ready to fight this asian guy at the counter. I should avoid this place but I was in the are so today I came back to buy some groceries and this costco woman at the self check out rudely asked me if I can show my ID to her? What the hell is wrong with you people, Im inside the store why do you want to see my ID, are you the police? This place needs to fire people because they clearly don't know how to treat there customers. The manager at this store is either a dumb ass for hiring these this kind of people or it's just the culture of these place. Not even a fucking thank you when you visit there store. If you are not happy with your jobs, then quit!

This is my favorite Costco location out of all the locations I have been to so far in Maryland. It never seems as crowded as going to any other Costco. It is easy to find a parking space. The food stand after checkout is pretty quick with getting you what you ordered.One of the most important features the gas station they have.They have self-checkout lines.

3.5 Star Pros: The line isn't super long nor overcrowded compared to some of the other Costco's. They have pretty good selection of items and pretty clean. The staff are also friendly. This is one of our go-to for grocery shopping. Cons: Their baked goods can improve. For example, they don't put a seal over their baked goods to ensure no one tampers with it. One time, we saw that one of the Danish was missing from one of the container (which was most likely eaten by someone). Also, we had bought one of their ciabatta (?) bread, ate it on the same day, and it had a moldy taste to it (this happened a couple times). Another time, their Danish had a weird plasticky taste to it. They don't refund for baked items even if it's not the customers fault. For non-baked item, we recently noticed that there were a few expired items on the shelf. We also recently bought ham and it was slimy and sour. Minus the cons mentioned, overall, they do a good job and it's our favorite Costco to go to for the reasons mentioned above.

The best thing I can say is that they don't charge extra for the hair baked into the pizza I just got for lunch. Convenient how you can't attach pictures to your reviews anymore.

I always love costco and this is no exception. Clean environment, great selection of foods and brands and competitive pricing. There meats are alot pricier than some competitors but everything else is on par especially the food court food. Also cheap premium gas. Totally worth it.

This is one of my favorites... I'm always here it's like a super Target... just in bulk Came for a new printer and ink since mines had the blue screen of death in all my years in IT I've never seen the blue screen of death on a printer. Picked up a few weekly essentials and fruits... check out was a breeze and fun with Colleen and the cashier.. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Costco is a favorite of mine. During the pandemic when lines were long they were very organized in getting people in and out quickly. Cashiers have always been pleasant.
