One of my oysters was questionable so I stopped eating them and they were out of the beer I wanted , but I didn’t care because I told the bartender (Riah I think) that I couldn’t find the store I was looking for all day AND SHE STOPPED WHAT SHE WAS DOING TO WALK ME THERE . 12/10 service. Thank you for saving my sanity!!!

Service was horrible. For the price, the amount of seafood we received was not worth it. Maybe because it was the end of the day. Bar area was so loud, I felt the customers were over served as they were falling over. Spent well over $300 for a party of 6 and each of us had less than 5 shrimp and nowhere near the pounds of crab legs we ordered. Will try again earlier in the hour. Do not go the last hour, you will be short of food

Yeah they got busy in here the server Crystal was the best. I was super surprised about the portions of crab / shrimp I thought someone in the back recognized me and was showing extra love. I’m from Seattle so I’m spoiled on the chowder I would have passed on that but I gave it a try. The setting @ the bar was nice I was able to watch the game & be pampered by the crew @ the bar. I’ve never taken Togo from a boil spot but I was not able to finish. I did the mega mix sauce it was poppin. & I couldn’t believe the price the best bang for buck boil I’ve ever had I had to verify my check & make sure I didn’t order the mega boil in Accident for sure I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

Came for the food and NEVER disappointed. Best seafood boil! However, the service was the icing on the cake. Everyone made us feel welcomed from the hostess to the bartender. Dwight made sure we wanted for NOTHING and we will definitely be back. 12 out of 10!! 🤩

This review is nothing against the staff, they are great, but walking in the door to the owner’s attitude and complete lack of customer service is frustrating. $200 of food was dumped in the trash while my wife and kids was in the bathroom and the owner took $10 off our check, not a very fair trade. After dealing with her over the months I think this was the last time coming, rather drive the 45 min to the Largo CC.

It was a nice spot for a meal. I got the chicken tenders basket and they were the best chicken tenders I've ever had, juicy inside and crispy outside. Service was a tad slow but they looked short staffed for the amount of customers. They were very friendly.

The waitresses are very nice, friendly and helpful but the owner who also works there is very rude to her staff! Being nasty to your staff is one thing but degrading them infront of customers is another! I felt bad to the point i wanted to leave just to not put money in her pocket! The staff deserves better! The food is good but I dont agree with treating people like that especially when there actually doing a great job just isnt right! If the owner is there next time I wont go.

Title: Terrible Customer Service and Bland Food!

On October 7th around 4:30 PM, I ordered the Green Mussel Special ($38.99) from Crafty Crab in Hanover, Maryland, with medium spice and butter seasoning. When I got home and opened my order, there was little to no seasoning at all — the food was completely bland and nothing like what I’ve gotten before.

I called the restaurant and spoke with a woman named Chantelle, who said she was the manager. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the problem and basically told me, “If you don’t like it, bring it back.” I live 25 minutes away, so it’s not reasonable to drive all the way back because they messed up my order.

For nearly $40, this was an awful experience — both the food quality and the customer service were unacceptable. It’s disappointing that a business charging these prices treats customers this way. I will be contacting Crafty Crab corporate to report this incident, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location until they fix their quality and management issues.

Seafood and fried baskets were cooked perfectly. Got the combo boil with shrimp and snow crab. “1lb” of crab was 2 clusters. Fried shrimp basket was my favorite. Tasty for a mall restaurant.

All in all not bad but had the clam chowder. It was okay.
I just don't recommend leaving the clam. Shells in the clam chowder.
