It was a decent experience. Our server wasn't that congenial but effective.

This place is fine, but I was upset the sauce was not flavorful and leans greasy/oily. Very expensive for the little amount you are served. Gratuity fees when the service is always mid. They also forgot to devein the shrimp which had a large unmistakable poop sack. Overall this place is middle of the road and not worth going back for. But the hushpuppies are nice.

We loved the boil, and the service is always nice.

Been to this location a few times even though I don’t live in Maryland. We were a party of 7 and when we got there, we waited for about 15 mins before I got up to figure out where our waiter was. He tells us she swallowed her tongue ring and she’s trying to manage that situation smh. He proceeds to take our drink orders and since we had been waiting, we wanted to place our food order. He said he was only taking drinks and our server would be with us shortly. We ended up getting Korin who was the worst ever. Because she knew she was getting gratuity due to the party size, she gave very crappy service. She forgot people’s orders, I wanted my soup before my meal but got them at the same time. One other person asked for shrimp with no head and got the head. By the time she got her meal corrected, the table was almost done eating. Due to all the mistakes she was making, we were frustrated but she had the nerve to have an attitude. Granted mistakes happen, but apologize for the mishaps and do your best. She didn’t care cause she knew she was getting her tip regardless. We asked for a manager and was told the manager was Asian and didn’t speak much English. So another server came to our table to be the middle woman. We told her we don’t mind paying for our food but we don’t want to tip Korin. She came back with 10% off the bill and said they can’t take the tip off. I said how can Asian manager understand taking 10% off a bill but can’t understand and communicate with some dissatisfied customers. We eventually got up to leave and ran into the Asian lady who we thought was the manager. Only to find out the manager was a Caucasian lady who could have addressed our complaint and concerns. The Asian lady was the owner. The worst customer service experience ever and won’t be returning.

The staff was amazing! We had Carlos(who was training) and the great glove describer! I don’t remember his name! However, the calamari was horrible and fishy! The seafood boil was really good though. Signage walking in said “if you order you buy” (Well, I’m gonna need you all to get rid of all the calamari in the building, and reorder more)We sat on the back patio it was a little muggy and hot, but I would come back again. Sitting inside would be a must,

Flavorful food. Very tasty.
Clam Chowder is a must try.

Very prompt and warm welcoming service. Our server Charles was a very nice, positive guy with that warm spirit ❤️ my credits to him.
This place has a lot to offer for local experiences.
Highly recommended.

The only thing I would love to suggest, is to pay more attention to overall cleanness / especially chairs/.

We recently went for an afternoon break to this restaurant in hopes of good food and better beer. Unfortunately it left something to be desired. We tried a broil, the fried catfish, the clam chowder, crab cakes, and beer.
The waitress was personable. She smiled but otherwise seemed easily agitated with her mind elsewhere. The crab cakes weren’t good and was more filler than meat. The fried catfish was soft and plain. The clam chowder had broken shells in it and was mostly loaded with minced potatoes and onions. Just call it potato soup and add clams, literally like maybe 4 small clams. The beer was average. The broil was the only good thing.
If you’re looking for easy casual seafood, try this spot. If you’re looking for delicious seafood- try elsewhere.

The staff were on the rude side but that was understandable due to how busy it was. Two hour wait to eat there or 20 mins for a to go order. I placed a Togo order and that when the real problems started. As you can see the food came in a small trash bag, with nothing to eat it with. Since I was in town on business I had to stop at a dollar tree to find stuff to use so I could eat the meal.

Long story short, it was ok, but I wouldn't go back.

This 5 star moment is solely for Charles and his stellar customer service! This past weekend while Holiday shopping we stopped at this location for a quick bite and drinks. Due to the holiday traffic the restaurant was moving a lot slower than previous experiences. When we expressed that we still hadn’t been assisted after 10+ mins of being seated, he quickly jumped in to aide the server for our section. He even went above taking our order with drink recommendations and friendly conversation to redirect the tone of our night! His follow up even after our server became available was top tier! With his help, we enjoyed our food and beverages plus we still made it to our movie on time! Thanks again Charles!

Regarding the restaurant in general, it is our go to location for seafood boils as they are constantly delicious. The drinks are worth the price and the vibe is pretty chill as the location is tucked in a corner of the food court. I would give it a solid 4 star on the average visit.

My mom and I came to this establishment to grab a quick bite, we ordered 2 virgin ship wrecks both of which had stale/ rotten pineapples as the fruit garnish. Our server was so sweet and understanding when we pointed it out to her she quickly asked what would our replacement be, meanwhile the manager on duty was quite arrogant as to why we had an issue with the drink. Passing the remarks “ ITS JUST JUICE “. Not only was she rude but she had a stank face and attitude. As a frequent customer I would expect a little more respect. Very disappointed.

Very casual atmosphere with good music. The service was a little slow even though we had a table of 10. Our wait was about an hour for a large group on a Saturday night. Food was typical fried seafood baskets, nothing out of the ordinary. The seafood boils were flavorful and sauced well. I would return for the seafood boil and coldslaw as the fried food seemed to be overcooked. All things considered, it was a good experience, just focus on the boils.

This place is completely unprofessional, I was waiting 30 minutes at a table waiting for a waiter that never showed. If you are impatient like me i strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Save your stomach the heartache!!
