Dairy queen is awesome.
Downside: It is no longer here. It has been replaced by a Bubble tea place.

I got off work about a year ago and went straight to the mall just for a swirl cone only to find they are no longer open! Do not waste your time!

Closed, wasted my time trying to find it in the mall.
I did notice that it was a bit more since it was inside the mall, but the staff were very friendly. I got the drumstick blizzard which was amazing and I would highly recommend it! The other blizzard is the thin mint girl scout one and the person who had that said it was good as well.

The morning manager is a sweetheart.. she remembers you and always asks how your doing and always has something nice to say... My order has never been wrong... I wish all Dairy Queen's were like this one... Clean, nice staff, and over all a good experience at a fast food place...
There card reader is ALWAYS down!!! They do not make change and the counter people are ALWAYS hiding in the back. Why are they here in the mall. If they are not going to give service to customers???????

My family and I drove out to the Arundel Mills mall Dairy Queen location from Crownsville for ice cream since the Odenton location was closed and upon arrival the staff were already breaking down the ice cream machine early prior to closing... it was 6pm and there's still an hour until closing at this location (7pm). This is highly unprofessional as there was nothing wrong with the machine, they were just closing up early and telling customers to get a smoothies instead... totally unacceptable, especially on Father's day!!!

Service is horrendously slow….
They still serve Orange Julius which a lot of the DQ's have gotten rid of, for this I will give them 5 stars forever!!!
