Dave & Buster's Hanover - Arundel

The gentleman working the table around the bar refuses to wait on me. When we finally got a table he took forever to take our order. The place wasn’t even that busy, and attitude with a I don’t give a crap type. Worst service at a David and Busters I have been to.

Waited at bar for 10 minutes bartender saw us but kept going other way. Several tables empty but dirty. Went to restaurant side and was told we could go to bar side. I stated Several tables are open but dirty. Hostess told someone to clean or send someone and they ignored her. Terrible place to have 2 hrs drive to.

The games are fun. The service is absolutely terrible!! Sat for 1 hr and other ppl served before us even though we sat down 1st. Dissapointed!!

We rented a party spot with a digital dart board. The food was hot and tasty and the service was great. The whole group enjoyed it and we all had a fantastic time.

Don't come if you want to be served in a timely manner. If your not seated at the bar you are ignored and have to find a member of the staff for help and even then you got to chase them down. Our guy clearly had several alcoholic drinks and could bearly type our order in(just 3 in our party). I had to ask one of the food runners if he could get the diet coke I waited 25 mins for. He was helpful and apologized.. this place would do better with automated table service instead of servers who are busy drinking on the job and talking with the other staff that is off duty. Very disappointed

Friendly staff, great establishment, but they should have wet wipes at the ready and make sure the hand sanitizer dispensers are always full

They ran out of chicken strip, sandwiches, and wings.
And was some people fighting. Two young ladies not children.and it was just one older man cleaning all the tables. long line of people waiting. Some people left.

We are a party of seven appetizers and Summit the food showed up and 30 minutes later. The rest of the food showed up one meal missing they never ordered it hardly seen a waitress a horrible experience.

Giving a huge shoutout to two very hard workers at this location- Michelle and Chris. Michelle is one of the most hardworking and best bartenders who goes out of her way to make her guests feel special. My friends got the chicken parm and Cajun pasta and she asked the kitchen to please make sure the pasta had plenty of seasoning. This looks increíble! We took it home because it was a lot of food.

Chris is the other Server who has been there for many years and he always gives amazing serving to his guests! He knows the place in and out to help with anything. You rock Chris!!

If you go to the bar, make sure you see Michelle. If you get a table, ask for Chris’ section.
