Dave and Busters has always been expensive buy geez the new prices to size ratio is not worth it at all. The boneless chicken wings were super tiny and they're charging $15 for margaritas that have maybe 6 Oz of liquid in them. The arcade games are about the only reason to come if you have kids. Otherwise spend you money at a restaurant that deserves it.

We chose to come here after my grandma's funeral and we had some family come in from outta town. I waited 2 hours for my food, my table all received their food but Me, the waiters bought us food we didn't order I got a slight discount for my food but of course by the time I got my food our party was ready to leave it was chaotic

Fun time for the whole family. Bar/restaurant was understaffed with slow service and delivered wrong food, but the manager was very kind and fixed it. Otherwise great experience.

I paid $10 for some truffle fries, and that was the quantity I got. They were very greasy, to the point there was a pile of grease on the plate under the fries. The table was dirty when we sat down, there were gum wrappers and trash in the booth. The bathroom was disgusting, all the toilets were unflushed, almost all the soap dispensers were empty, and the trash was over-flowing. The toilets handles were broken, you had to jiggle a certain way to even flush. It was vastly overcrowded, there were twice as many people as there were machines to play. When we sat to get food, the waiter almost seem to rush us. My son ordered some loaded fries, before he had even finished taking our order, his fries came out. There's just no way those fries were fresh. They weren't even hot or Luke warm. The waiter says "that's because it an appetizer " but how did you complete loaded fries when you hadn't even stepped away from taking our order. The burgers looked dry and unappealing. While our waiter did try to check on us, he seemed almost overwhelmed by many tables that we had to keep flagging him down for things like empty ketchup and boxes to go. In all, take your kids somewhere else. It's too crowded and the food is overpriced for what you're getting. Instead of spending all this money to build bowling allies, maybe spend money to fix your bathroom toilets and get better cleaning staff. I won't visit here again, I've been to better places in Columbia, MD. Better food, and much cleaner.

If you're closing an entrance/exit, you need to make people aware. Apparently, the mall entrance/exit closes at a certain time. When patrons have used that as their entrance and parked on that side, it would be nice to have known that it wouldn't be available for exit. Now you are walking around the outside of the mall with small children after dark it isn't safe.
Slow service took too long to get order in the food was ok.

Arrived past mall hours but it was one of the only restaurants still open at the time (Easter Sunday). We were seated in a timely manner despite how busy it was. Michael B. (Server) was very professional, courteous and provided awesome service. The food was decent, nothing too special. The location is very convenient especially for those near the airport. Highly recommended and look forward to visiting again.

I wouldn't say it was a horrible experience, but definitely could have been better. Was seated immediately and given a high chair at the step up tables. Obviously the high chair doesn't reach the top, it reaches my legs. Which was fine for me, maybe not for others. The table was leaning and extremely wobbly. Our first server was bussing other tables and we stayed seated for maybe ten minutes before asking for drinks and food. He did say he'd be right with us every time he passed our table. Shift change happened and our second server came out, which happened another few minutes after our order was taken. He was a nice gentleman. The food was hot and was good. The steak was right and the flatbread pizza was good.There are numerous arcade games. There were very few that were down. It wasn't too crowded on a Wednesday night. I could walk around between played games. There was an incident where some young children started fighting. I saw some attendants walk that way but ?♀️. There are plenty of coin drop coins that you can get some decent amount of tickets on. We walked out with a score of stuffed animals.Kid-friendliness: Arcade and bowling available.
