Stopped by this morning for coffee and food. Brand new renovated store is beautiful. Coffee was great, food was barely warm and certainly not HOT and the place felt like a morgue. The manger should teach the staff some customer service. A little “Good Morning, “Please” and “Thank You” go a long way. I frequent the Ellicott City location and they never fail to say “Good Morning”.

Went through the drive through with three sick kids waiting on a delayed flight. We ordered 7 sandwiches and because we had to wait 5 minutes, they gave us some free donuts. So kind. The food is nice and hot! Very nice service.

Since their redesign, they took out the Baskin Robbins. Now I go to one down the street. I don't know how individual stores don't get this. If they don't do it right, another store down the road will

Never the same time opening.today say opens @5.website says closed.lighted sign says open.but the lights were out.this was at 4:15am.employees stroll in at 4:37am.is anyone in f/en charge.just pick at time and stick to it please.getting tired of circling the place like a wagon train under attack.
Staff brushes you off completely. I come to this dunkin multiple times a week, and not a single staff member is kind or attentive. Not coming here anymore.
