I wish I could give negative stars. Don't order a bagel with cream cheese. They charge extra for cream cheese and there is barely any at all on the bagel. Ridiculous! Wish I could post a picture.

Terrible service. How does it take 8 employees 10 mins to hand me 2 donuts?No one at the counter so I ordered from kiosk/ touch screen. I was given my hash browns 30 secs later which was suspicious. (Sure enough they were cold and hard). Next i waited while endless people came and went placing and picking up orders. Finally a gentleman not in uniform (maybe a manager) asked me what i was waiting for. I said just 2 donuts to which he had an employee get for me right away. Great but surely the order system told you i needed them at the same time it said i needed hashbrowns. So who is not paying attention. Definitely seems like too many people working just running around in a panic.

Manager is highly unprofessional and the bagels hardly have cream cheese applied and when asked for more cream cheese the manager wants you pay when there is hardly any on the bagel you've purchased... Rip

Cold bagel Cold Hash browns! I did not have enough wiggle room with time to drive back and tell them that my food was Cold. Disappointing morning nonetheless! Drive to the other Dunkin, this one serves old and stale items when they have the chance.

No coke/crack (sugar)in their dunk donuts ? and too much coke/crack (sager) in the latte. The donuts was hard and tasted 2 days old. My wife/my lady couldn't enjoy her coffee and dunk donuts. Dunk donuts ? almost messed up our night and me getting some action from her tonight. Thanks to ultra Beauty in arundel mills mall for saving our night. Located by the ev chargers. Dates with you spouse is very important. Keep the love going. 10 years of marriage and still going. God bless America ?? ?. Freedom. Thank you USA government and the great military we got here. When we arrived the cashier said hello but definitely looked as if my presence irritated her. I then ordered an apple fritter and asked if she could warm it. She said no. I then explained I have had it before . She turned her back to me. Said something in another language. Then said yes. After that she was just extremely irritated and rude. When I tried to eat the fritter it tasted spoiled .Also there was a (caution wet floor) sign right in front of the door. Probably a hazard . I won't be coming back

The food was great. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. But, the cashier, who took our order, was on her cellphone the entire time. She was talking loudly and we had to wait for her to stop talking so we could place our order. While she was serving us and putting the order together, she was still talking, and she kept getting louder and louder the more heated the call got. I could see spit escaping her mouth as she talked on the phone. She was extremely unprofessional.

These folks are rude as hell. Especially the one lady that covers drive-thru from around 8am-10am. It seems like they hate servicing people of color especially if you are black or latino. After I drop off my son at day care I stop for a coffee before heading to work and I experience this. No one deserves this kind of treatment. I hope they make changes immediately at this location.
