I went there today as I am traveling to Norfolk. I ordered a grilled cheese with an egg in the middle. They gave me a cold piece of hard bread and little to no cheese on the top piece of bread . The cheese on the bottom piece was not melted fully, It was solid. The egg was VERY COLD! I was heavily disappointed! 1/10. Would not recommend.

I have eaten here several times over the summer. The staff always is quick, professional and polite. Most of the staff is also friendly. It’s clean, the food is fresh and if you order a hot sandwich or drink it’s always hot like it’s supposed to be. I have three other Dunkin’s that I drive by on my way to work but this is the one I patronize because it’s by far the best.

This is the 2nd time coming to this location. And who ever does morning shift on Sundays. Does not make the food fresh. . Avocado toast bread is hard . Hasbrowns also tough. Please do better !

Great dunkin. My coffee came out perfect and my wraps came out nice and hot, and neat. Sometimes they are sloppy with the assembly of the wraps but not a problem here. The service is also really nice, everyone was kind and very efficient. Unfortunately, the bathrooms could use some help. Other than that, great location.

My husband and I have been going here for years and honestly, we go out of our way to go to this location, even if another is closer. The staff are incredibly friendly and they get to know you while still maintaining professionalism. They are awesome about doing the drinks as intricate or special as you want and are really good about fixing it if they get it wrong. Inside there’s a lot of room to sit and it’s always clean and well kept. The parking lot is smaller however directly next to it is a big shopping parking lot. The food is always been well cooked and they are always open to answer any questions you have.

I’ve always disliked dunkin because each time it was terrible. But this location, I had one of the best doughnuts ive ever had in a long time. Coffee was delicious and the service was amazing. Will be back.

Prices here are ridiculous. One donut is $1.50, but 6 are $10. Maybe the people around here are stupid, or the owners are very greedy, or both. The Ashton Rd location a mile away has better prices.

Disgusting and nasty. We stop here after a doctor appointment bought a donut and ham croissant and as you can see the photos they had mold. This can make anyone sick contaminated food. Never ever will go to this place.
