Went to this location on 1/8/2025. Ordered a croissant sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, hash browns, and one maple donut.
The croissant was room temperature, the donut was stale, and I am not sure if they’re hurting for food but I got 6 hash brown crowns. Which didn’t even come halfway up the small bag. Workers are either not trained or scamming people out of food.

I give this location the benefit of the doubt and every time it disappoints. All flavor sitting at the bottom of the cup. You could at least stir it before you hand it out the window. We are driving. Please do better. Back to the one on Annapolis Road for me

I went there today as I am traveling to Norfolk. I ordered a grilled cheese with an egg in the middle. They gave me a cold piece of hard bread and little to no cheese on the top piece of bread . The cheese on the bottom piece was not melted fully, It was solid. The egg was VERY COLD! I was heavily disappointed! 1/10. Would not recommend.

I went there today as I am traveling to Norfolk. I ordered a grilled cheese with an egg in the middle. They gave me a cold piece of hard bread and little to no cheese on the top piece of bread . I have eaten here several times over the summer. The staff always is quick, professional and polite. Most of the staff is also friendly. It’s clean, the food is fresh and if you order a hot sandwich or drink it’s always hot like it’s supposed to be. I have three other Dunkin’s that I drive by on my way to work but this is the one I patronize because it’s by far the best.

This is the 2nd time coming to this location. And who ever does morning shift on Sundays. Does not make the food fresh. . Avocado toast bread is hard . Hasbrowns also tough. Please do better !
Great dunkin. My coffee came out perfect and my wraps came out nice and hot, and neat. Sometimes they are sloppy with the assembly of the wraps but not a problem here. The service is also really nice, everyone was kind and very efficient. Unfortunately, the bathrooms could use some help. Other than that, great location.

My husband and I have been going here for years and honestly, we go out of our way to go to this location, even if another is closer. The staff are incredibly friendly and they get to know you while still maintaining professionalism. They are awesome about doing the drinks as intricate or special as you want and are really good about fixing it if they get it wrong. Inside there’s a lot of room to sit and it’s always clean and well kept. The parking lot is smaller however directly next to it is a big shopping parking lot. The food is always been well cooked and they are always open to answer any questions you have.
